    These are the logical steps which i need render with jquery: var x is a 2 digit number(integer) derived from an input.value(); If var x is not 33 or 44 Convert this 2 digit number to string; split the string in 2 parts as number; Add these 2 values; Return var x value as this value. Now I need it to give the xml back to me as a string (rather than save it to a file). I am looking into it, but I have not figured it out yet. I thought this might be really easy for someone familiar with these objects. If not I will figure it out eventually.

  • How to inline string.h function on linux?

    I want to optimize some code such that all the functions in string.h will be inlined. I'm on x86_64. I've tried -O3, -minline-all-stringops and when I do "nm a.out" it shows it is calling the glibc version. Checking with gcc -S, I see the calls. What am I missing?     I have this piece of code here below: $fq.=" + (fritidsboende_uth_from:[$fritids_uth_from TO *] AND fritidsboende_uth_to:[* TO $fritids_uth_to]) OR (fritidsboende_uth_from:'1972-01-01T01:01:00Z' AND fritidsboende_uth_to:'2019-01-01T01:01:00Z')"; I have noticed my app doesn't get anything behind the colon, in this part of the code: OR (fritidsboende_uth_from:'1972-01-01T01:01:00Z' // Notice the colon in the date string I get this error msg: Unrecognized date string: '1972-01-01T01'. Nothing from behind the colon is there though. How should I 'escape' it so that the colon is properly recognized? Its PHP... Thanks

  • Making Django ignore string literals

    UPDATE: It turns out this is a deeper question than I thought at first glance - the issue is that python is replacing the string literals before they ever get to django. I will do more investigating and update this if I find a solution. I'm using django to work with LaTeX templates for report generation, and am running into a lot of problems with the way Django replaces parts of strings. Specficially, I've run into two problems where I try to insert a variable containing latex code. The first was that it would replace HTML characters, such as the less than symbol, with their HTML codes, which are of course gibberish to a LaTeX interpreter. I fixed this by setting the context to never autoescape, like so: c = Context(inputs) c.autoescape = False However, I still have my second issue, which is that Django replaces string literals with their corresponding characers, so a double backslash becomes \, and \b becomes a backspace. How can I force Django to leave these characters in place, so inputs['variable'] = '{\bf this is code} \\' won't get mangled when I use {{variable}} to reference it in the django template?

    I just finished the NotepadV1-3 tutorial for Android apps, and I was thinking of creating my own inventory app for fun, which for now basically consists of a list of names (such as "DVD" or "Grocery"), each of which can be clicked, which will bring up another specific list associated with that name. However, with the SQLiteDatabase.insert(..) method, the ContentValue can only take (among many others) "String, String" as argument, and I can't figure out how to input into the database a list of Strings associated with a particular key. I'm having trouble researching on how to resolve this as I am not that familiar with SQL. What would be the best way to store a key with its associated list of Strings? Any pointers and suggestions are appreciated! Android newb :[

    I've got a data structure that is Key, Value, OtherValues(key, Value). So the OtherValues are attached to the first Key and aren't always there. I can do this as Dictionary<Key, ValueAndListOfOptionalValues> where ValueAndListOfOptionalValues is a class with a string and a Dictionary<string, string>. I'm wondering if that's really the best way to do it? Sometimes I think that I'm missing some important classes in the Generics namespace, maybe there are better classes out there that I'm not aware of.

    Hi! I have the following data in a c++ string John Doe 01.01.1970 I need to extract the date and time from it into int variables. I tried it like this: int last_space = text_string.find_last_of(' '); int day = int(text_string.substr(last_space + 1, 2)); But I got invalid cast from type ‘std::basic_string’ to type ‘int’. When I extract the "John Doe" part in another string variable, all works fine. What's wrong? I am trying to compile it with g++ -Wall -Werror.

    I'm converting a double to a char string: char txt[10]; double num; num = 45.344322345 sprintf(txt, "%.1f", num); and using ".1f" to truncate the decimal places, to the tenths digit. i.e. - txt contains 45.3 I usually use precision in sprintf to ensure the char buffer is not overflowed. How can I do that here also truncating the decimal, without using snprintf? (i.e. if num = 345694876345.3 for some reason) Thanks

    I'm currently trying to create a report using Crystal Reports that comes with Visual Studio 2008. I would like to include a field of type boolean on my report that shows a string rather than true or false. The string should contain either contain a € or a % sign. How would I go about doing this in the Formula Workshop? I've tried things like e.g. if {tblAankoopDetails.SoortKorting} = true then "€" else "%" However this never seems to work and results in warnings such as "The formula result must be a number". This should be fairly simple but this is my first go at using Crystal Reports. Help would be much appreciated. Jay

Examples: Function should return true if 1) S = "abab" 2) S = "abcdabcd" 3) S = "abcabcabc" 4) S = "zzxzzxzzx" But if S="abcb" returns false. I though maybe we can repeatedly call KMP on substrings of S and then decide. eg: for "abab": call on KMP on "a". it returns 2(two instances). now 2*len("a")!=len(s) call on KMP on "ab". it returns 2. now 2*len("ab")==len(s) so return true Can you suggest any better algorithms?
