• Adding file names to an array list in java

  Hi I am currently needing to load the contents of a folders filenames to an arraylist I have but I am unsure as how to do this. To put it into perspective I have a folder with One.txt, Two.txt, Three.txt etc. I want to be able to load this list into an arraylist so that if I was to check the arraylist its contents would be : arraylist[0] = One arraylist[1] = Two arraylist[3] = Three If anyone could give me any insight into this it would be much appreciated.

  I have some points in 3D but all points are in single plane. It can be any plane. Now I wanted to know the interior angle between any three consecutive points. How can I do so? For example, I have three points (1,0,0),(0,0,0) and (-1,1,0) then I want the answer as 135 degree. But If I have the third point is (-1,-1,0) then the answer should be 225 degree.

  Let's say that I have the following text: in = "one aaa two bbbb three cccc" I would like to parse this into a group of variables that contain notworking = ["one", "two", "three"] v1,v2,v3 = in.split(notworking) I know that the example above won't work, but is there some utility in python that would allow me to use this sort of approach?   The Xcode data modeler shows me those three different int data types. When I would write code, which data types do these really correspond to on the iPhone?
