• How do I Scroll parent page to top when child page is click within iframe?

  Hello, When someone clicks on a link within an iframe (child page), how do I get the parent page to scroll to the top? The issue is the child page will remain in the same spot of the page, because the iframe has a lot of height larger than the parent page.   Hi. I have a site where both landing and thank you page are index.php page with different content loaded dynamically. As I'm generating the javascript and trying to validate it, it gives me an error saying that JS is not installed on the thank you page, which makes sense, because its content is not loaded yet. • Displaying an image from the tmp directory

  I have the following. A website that create temporarily images in the /tmp folder on the Linux server. The reason why I store it within this folder is since these images need to be cleared once in a while and it's so much easier just to clear the tmp directory using tmpwatch. We have tried IP blocking using honeypot URLs and log parsing without much success.   For a user in active directory, the properties hold values for lastlogontime & lastlogontimestamp but the logoncount is 0. I am having only one domain controller in that domain. I found from surfing, that logonCount value of 0 indicates that the value is unknown. But I am totally confused with why it is unknown. Is that an issue with AD.

• Can Hudson be configured to build every revision?

  I've started experimenting with Hudson as a build server. I'm using subversion and have it configured to poll every minute. The issue I'm seeing is that if a build at revision 10 takes 5 minutes and there are 5 commits during that time, Hudson will next build revision 15. Is there a way to ensure every revision is built?

  I currently have a simple flash Mp3 player on my site which works lovely. The issue is, most cell phones do not support flash and a large portion of my visitors come through via a mobile device. The alternative to this is to replace the flash player with a javascript player. I found a JQuery one but it only works on HTML5 compatible browsers. Does anyone know of a good alternative that would work on mobile devices as well as most desktop web browsers?

I have a Navigation based app that when you drill down to the last level, that last view has lots and lots of information and details. I am wondering if I should just use a UIWebView to display the details of information or if I should create a custom UIView with all the labels and outlets set in that UIView.   I have two different resolutions, the original one is 567x756 (wXh), the one which I want to display is 768x1024 (wXh). How to find out the scaling ratio for these two resolutions? For example if the font size used in 567x756 resolution is 7 pts then whats the values I should multiply with the font size (7 pts) to display the text in 768x1024 resolution.   I have a books app with a UISearchBar, where the user types any book name and gets search results (from ext API call) below as he types. I am using a singleton variable in my app called retrievedArray which stores all the books. @interface Shared : NSObject { NSMutableArray *books; } @property (nonatomic, retain) NSMutableArray *books; + (id)sharedManager; @end This is accessed in multiple .m files using NSMutableArray *retrievedArray; ...in the header file retrievedArray = [[Shared sharedManager] books]; My question is how do I ensure that the values inside retrievedArray remain synchronized across all the classes. Actually the values inside retrievedArray gets added through an NSXMLParser (i.e. through external web service API). There is a separate XMLParser.m file, where I do all the parsing and fill the array.   I'm learning to apply MVP to a simple WinForms app (only one form) in C# and encountered an issue while creating the main presenter in static void Main(). Is it a good idea to expose a View from the Presenter in order to supply it as a parameter to Application.Run()? Currently, I've implemented an approach which allows me to not expose the View as a property of Presenter: static void Main() { IView view = new View(); Model model = new Model(); Presenter presenter = new Presenter(view, model); presenter.Start(); Application.Run(); } The Start and Stop methods in Presenter: public void Start() { view.Start(); } public void Stop() { view.Stop(); } The Start and Stop methods in View (a Windows Form): public void Start() { this.Show(); } public void Stop() { // only way to close a message loop called // via Application.Run(); without a Form parameter Application.Exit(); } The Application.Exit() call seems like an inelegant way to close the Form (and the application). The other alternative would be to expose the View as a public property of the Presenter in order to call Application.Run() with a Form parameter. static void Main() { IView view = new View(); Model model = new Model(); Presenter presenter = new Presenter(view, model); Application.Run(presenter.View); } The Start and Stop methods in Presenter remain the same.
