  • Controling page number shwon in printing dialog

    I'm trying to implement printing a range of pages in c# While printing, the .net framework throws up a message box that says "Page # of document". This starts at 1, and counts up to the number of pages printed. If I'm printing pages 10-11, I want that count to start at 10, not 1. Is there a way to set the starting value? The logical thing would be if it started at PrinterSettings.FromPage, but it ignores that value.

  • iOS 6: UUIDString on iPhone 3GS

    I've been working on ASIdentifierManager framework to get the new UUIDString, the identifier should replace in iOS 6 the UDID, and can be stopped or not by the user for Settings. Everything is ok on simulators and iPhone 4S, but on iPhone 3GS (it's iOS 6 updated!) I'm getting as UUIDString the following: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 This is how I'm getting it: if ([ASIdentifierManager sharedManager]) NSLog(@"%@", [[[ASIdentifierManager sharedManager] advertisingIdentifier] UUIDString]); Does anyone know why?   • Allow IExtenderProvider control to attach to controls on a UserControl

    VB.NET 2.0 Framework I developed a control that implements IExtenderProvider in order to attach to controls and display a form for translating of the text of that control. This works great on regular controls on the form but the IExtenderProvider is not attaching to controls on UserControls, which makes sense. Is it possible to modify the UserControls or my IExtenderProvider control to enable it to attach to controls on a UserControl? Thanks!

  • Using pydev with Eclipse on OSX

    I setup PyDev with this path for the python interpreter /System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.5/Python since the one under /usr/bin were alias and Eclipse won't select it. I can run my python script now but cannot run the shell as an external tool. The message I get is variable references empty selection ${resource_loc} Same if I use {container_loc} Any thoughts ? Please let me know if you would require additional information in order to assist. Server is running 1 single website, which is an online pizza ordering platform built on Zend Framework (ver1). On traffic stats from the last month aprox 6.000 pageloads per day, concentrated mainly around dinnertime. Around 1500 loads/hour peaks in that period. We recently upgraded from a 2/2mbit aDSL-line to 100/100mbit fiber, and we still have performance issues at dinner time. We assumed the 2mbit was the issue. Website is pretty snappy in low-load periods.
