  • How to have a dynamic theme color in WPF

    In WPF I have a few resource dictionaries and in them styles for my panels and controls in my app. I'm reusing the same colors again and again. I actually have 5 colors and they give my app a good color-scheme. However if I wan't to change the theme I have to go into the RD's and change each and every color there. I would like to somewhere have the colors set but don't know how or where. I tried to put a color tag in one RD but as soon as I referenced it in the same RD Visual Studio crashed. Also the best solution would be that I could have the color as a dynamic setting in the app itself so users could even change it themselves.

Other way for creating UI prototype is tools like Qt Designer, but it doesn't provide some cool functions and sometimes demand bit programming skills.     Hello, I got an issue while trying to display a jquery UI slider with its range based on a values read with PHP from a text file. Its seems that it's a syncrhonising issue as I get the error: "An attempt was made to use an object that is not, or is no longer, usable" code: 11" Is there a way I can force the jquery UI slider to wait for the value to be present or to work in synchrone mode ?   • How can I set the main theme-font dynamically, in WordPress

    I have created a theme where I already have a custom options page where I let the user set text for footer, twitter user and some other things and that works well. Now i'd like to add the functionality of letting the user select which font that should be used for content on the site. How can i accomplish this? I can probably create a php file that outputs something like: <style type="text/css"> body{ font-family: <?php echo get_option('my-font');?>; } </style> and include that file in header.php, but that means that I have to hit php for every request for this css and I want to avoid that if posssible.

    I have a GWT application, I created appBlueTheme.jar,appOrangeTheme.jar and added to BuildPath of project. My module.gwt.xml file has .... <inherits name='appBlueTheme.appBlueTheme'/> <inherits name='appOrangeTheme.appOrangeTheme'/> ... But in my app i see the effect of appBlueTheme as GWT doc say "inherited modules will be cascaded in the order they are listed" I want theme to be changed based on user response.   • Updates to Wordpress theme template/stylesheet are not reflected when a file is edited

    I am developing a theme in Wordpress. I have an issue where updates to my stylesheet (style.css) are not being reflected in the browser after FTPing a new version of the file to the server. Edits will only show up in the browser after waiting a long time, (15+ minutes). I have tried all the things mentioned here, which have not worked. These include: Making sure no caching plugins are installed in Wordpress Clearing the browser cache Trying from a different browser Making sure I am editing and accessing the correct file Checking webhost configuration panel for a caching plugin Something seems to be caching the stylesheet but I'm not sure how this might be so.

  • PODS + WP Theme

    So I managed to setup pods and create my custom tables. Now I want to revamp my theme so that it pulls data from the POD table. Doesn't seem to be working... This is what I did.. I have a Pod called 'project_type' with a name (string) and a code (string) field. Have also added 3 entries via the admin system. I made a copy of the default wordpress plugin and renamed it to myTheme and activated it. Inside index.php of myTheme, I removed all the default code.. and have just the POD specific code as shown below. <?php echo "Hello World"; $p = new Pod('project_type'); echo $p->getTotalRows(); ?> However, when I reload my page, only Hello World shows up? A bit new to Wordpress so kindly advice.

    I have a footer block, and I need to print a block inside that block. So i have defined the new region inside my theme.info file, cleared caches, enabled PHP code input, and written this code inside the footer block: <div class="grid-4 suffix-4 omega"> <?php if ($footer-right): ?> <div id="footer-right"> <?php print $footer-right; ?> </div> </div> I have configured a block to appear inside the new region (which appears in the blocks admin page), but it doesnt show. Any idea about what may be happening? Thank you
