  • Cannot change the height of a combo box in the VS Dialog Editor

    Any combo box I create seems to be stuck at 12 dialog units in height. Microsoft's guidelines for spacing and sizing of controls in dialog boxes state that a combo box should be 14 dialog units high. I have even tried editing the resource file in notepad and recompiling in Visual Studio without opening the resource editor - but the combo boxes are still the wrong size! Any ideas?

    I have a specific question, I have a link in a table in the third column of each row, when the user clicks that link he loads some ajax and updates the page, what I want to also happen is that in the 2nd column of the row where the link is, change the td's class from false to true, and the value from No to Yes.   • Jquery question : maintain focus upon appending a row?

    The function below checks whether the id entered is already in the database, and if it is, then it adds some html to the table. I'm not sure if it's directly related to my issue or not, but, essentially, a user will place the focus on the id input field and enters an id. Using ajax, it posts to a php script and returns data if rows are found and nothing if it doesn't. If the user then tabs over to the next input field (zipcode), or clicks in another input field, they essentially have to do so twice. The cursor "flashes" in the field briefly and then focuses out. I tried adding in a focus(), but the behavior didn't change.   • IE font size decrease does not cause select box height to decrease

    I have a font resize function on my page which increases the font size via javascript for the entire page. This works fine in most browsers except IE. When decreasing the font size after increasing it, the select boxes new height does not decrease, even though the font size is decreasing on it. Instead the smaller font appears to be padded with white space. Any ideas as to what IE is doing here, and a work around?

  • How to get indexPath.row at textFieldDidEndEditing

    Hey all, i use some code for inline cell editing from Apples TaggedLocations Example and im now stuck. At the demo Code they save the changes at textFieldDidEndEditing, this works because they asume to edit only the first element in a table view. I have to edit every row at the table view, so my problem is how to get indexPath.row to update the correct object stored in a mutableArray. Or did i miss something? Thanks for your help!
