• pageTest C# wrapper

  Hi everyone, I would like to obtain the results retrieved from pageTest execution (core @ CVS) from a C# project (library or console). pageTest source code shows a dynamic library project (generating a DLL file) and also an application project (generating an EXE file). So when I uploaded .pfx file, I am getting error message "Uploaded file is not a valid X.509 Certificate, or the password is invalid. " when I try to upload a certificate. • javax.swing.JDialog is appearing twice on windows device.

  I have created a JDialog to be opened when I click on the edit button of my JFrame, it is being opened properly and does'nt have any issue, but when I took this code on the windows ce 5.0 device this dialog is being opened twice. hat is i am clicking only once on the edit button but the dialog is appearing twice, I want there should be only one dialog appear on edit button click.

• Rails 2.3.5 with rails_xss escaping content_for yielded content

  Just upgraded Rails to 2.3.5 to get the lovely looking rails_xss plugin but I've noticed one big issue with it. Any content_for blocks are escaped when yielded. • Is there a method in java that can take 2 numbers and give you the numbers that are in between them(

  I read in a file with a few numbers using a scanner, and then split them using the split method. My main issue is if there is a method that can just give me ranges, probably in the math class. The numbers are currently in an array, and I wanna move those numbers and there ranges into a two-dimensional array. Could anyone give me some tips or tricks to go about that?

• UDP traffic effect on network performance

  well, i have network that each proxy (lets assume we have 200 proxies), send UDP packages every constant amount of time. (let assume 10 seconds) to constant amount of hosts (lets assume 10) my question is how will 6 * 10 seconds * 200 proxies * 10 target hosts = 120,000 UDP roundtrip communication per minute will affect my network, in terms of available connections, speed, stability, UDP package loss rate etc... can anyone please refer me to some links on this issue ? thanks

• PHP file_get_contents() behaves differently to browser.

  I'm trying to download the contents of a web page using PHP. When I issue the command: $f = file_get_contents("http://mobile.mybustracker.co.uk/mobile.php?searchMode=2"); It returns a page that reports that the server is down. Yet when I paste the same URL into my browser I get the expected page. Does anyone have any idea what's causing this? Does file_get_contents transmit any headers that differentiate it from a browser request?

  Hi, I just came across an issue, where I had to check if a path points into a windows share. Part of this problem is to check if host A is the same as host B. Where host A and host B can be one of the following {IPv4-Address, IPv6-Address, Hostname, FQDN}. As I do not need to be exact it's enough to resolve and compare the IP-Addresses in my case. But is there, theoretically, a method to check if the hosts are the same?

• Using a dropdown on a static webpage as a DataSource in C#.net

Basically, an old group created a php page with a drop down and this drop down is populated with entries from a DB.   Hi Guys, I am building a widget for my users and trying to get it working however I keep running into a X-Domain issue with this header. httpfox gives me - NS_ERROR_DOM_BAD_URI - and on further investigation I find that its Access-Control-Request-Method: GET Access-Control-Request-Header: x-requested-with I am not sure why its not loading but I basically call a script and then I am trying to grab some html to load it but it gets blocked with the above headers. How can I get around this prob ?

I ask because I once tried writing a client which would issue a batch of GET requests for multiple files and remember getting errors. • Why does one column seem to load first in Wordpress?

  I have a Wordpress site that is doing something very bizarre. If you go to: http://digitaldemo.net/joy/krippen-a-b-c/ When it loads, the main content div loads on the right hand side of the page and then once the sidebar loads, THEN it gets pushed over to where it ought to be. It's only really noticable in Firefox, but I'd like to find out what is causing it and fix the issue. Any ideas? Many thanks!

• JQuery .load() function silently fails when offline

  I'm trying to write an iPhone offline webapp using jqtouch/jquery. When I disable my connectivity, it looks like the jquery .load() function silently fails and doesn't even call its callback function. I've set $.ajaxSetup ({cache: true}); but it seems to have no effect. I also have my manifest file etc. working fine - the only issue is the .load() function. Any ideas?
