• Magento - How can I move the Navigation Block to be in the right column?

  I've been editing Magento's default CSS to change the look and have come to a point where I want to move around some content blocks. I've killed off the left column through CSS .col-left { display: none; } And then increased the width of the main content part to create a 'two column layout'. What I want to do now is move the navigation for the categories into the right column. I just have no idea how... How do I move content blocks around in Magento? :/

  I know it's not what toastr (or toast notifs in general) are meant to be used for, but I want to use them as a modal notification. My idea is following. On toast show: toastr.options.onShown = function() { //Create an overlay on the entire page} Overlay: #overlay { background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.8); z-index: 999; position: absolute; left: 0; top: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%; display: none; } And on toast close: toastr.options.onHidden = function() { //make overlay go away } Also, I'm setting timeout of toast to 0 so it won't disappear by itself. Question: I want the toast notification to stay atop the overlay and not behind it as overlay will cover everything. How can I do it?

• save jQuerry changes to css file on server

  I'm developing a system that allows for changing some of the css parameters without accessing the code. To achieve that I have jQuerry objects like sliders and draggers which influence how the site looks user side, eg. $("#MainContent").css("width", "55%");. Now I need a way to append those changes to a .css file on the server. Let me clarify that this is sort of a CMS system, and only administrator of the system would have this option, not the visitors of user-end site. I realise that .css is one for all users. Ideal solution would connect to the server every time user makes a change, and replace only one line of css code. But I have no idea how to do it efficiently or if it at all possible.

  I have a div which I am using as a footer to display some content. I have put the style as: .pageFooter{ position:absolute; bottom:0px; width:100%; height:25px; background:#e6e6e6; } This style works well when there is not content in the body of page. But when I populate the page with content, say datagrid, the div is overlaps data in datagrid. What changes should I make to the style to let the div be at the bottom always. I am using IE* to view the pages.

  I am trying to bind the dialog initiation (which happens in document ready) to a live or delegate for a div. • Tkinter mouse event initially triggered

  I'm currently learning Tkinter and I cannot find a solution for my problem here nor outside Stackoverflow. In a nutshell, all events that I bind to my widgets are triggered initialy and don't respond to my actions.   Making a new site but something is happening to it in IE. I've purchased the Nivo Slider for wordpress plugin and it working fine however it's not displaying the thumbnails under the banner in IE. This is what it looks like in firefox This is what it looks like in IE Because this is a plugin (and the website isn't giving me any support after 2 days) I dont really have the source CSS but I was hoping you could take a look at it with come developer tools to see why it might not be showing in IE? • Access to bytes array of a Bitmap

  1- In Windows CE, I have a Bitmap object in C#. 2- I have a C function in an extern dll that expects as parameters the pointer to a bytes array that represents an image in RGB565 format, width and height. This function will draw on this array of bytes. So I need to pass the byte array pointer of the Bitmap object, but I can find a practical way to get this pointer. One way is convert this Bitmap into a bytes array using a memory stream or something else, but it will create a new bytes array, so I will keep in memory both object, the Bitmap and the bytes array, but I don’t want it because the few available memory, that’s why I need to access to the bytes array of the bitmap object, not create a new bytes array. Anyone can help me?

  I have a div with display:block in my css. This div block uses the align = "absmiddle" . It displays all the elements in 1 line in Chrome. However, in firefox, the elements are displyed on to the next line as well. How do I get them to display in 1 single line in firefox. • Issue with css float -- Hindering IE6 from putting div in next line

  Hi, I've got an issue with floating divs in IE6. There's one navigation div on the left and one content div for the rest of the page. They've got the following css values: #navigation { float: left; width: 185px; padding-left: 5px; overflow: auto; height: 100%; } #content { overflow: auto; height: 100%; } In Firefox, IE8, Chrome and Opera, I get scrollbars for the content div when I resize the page to a size where both divs can't fit in as a whole. The navigation div stays in its place. And that is the desired behaviour. But in IE6, there are no scrollbars for the content div. Instead, when the page is getting too small, IE6 simply puts the content div under the navigation div. Do you know any way to hinder IE6 from this behaviour?

• How to resize pdf graphics produced in R using Illustrator

  I am making plots in R using the pdf() command. Graphs look perfect and resize nicely in Acrobat Reader. My usual workflow includes manipulating labels etc. in Illustrator, saving as .eps for submission to publishers or inserting in Word. All works fine for single graphs. Now I am trying to combine 4 graphs into one by manually putting them together in an A4 Illustrator document. However, when I resize the standard 7x7 inches pdf graph in Illustrator to fit in one column of an A4 page (ca 3.4 inches wide), all proportions get screwed up, e.g. lines and symbols outlines become way too thick. Using pdf(..., width=3.4, height=3.4) in R messes up all the symbol and font sizes so carefully chosen to produce the original graph. Why can't I resize the graph within Illustrator the same way I can resize the pdf e.g. in Acrobat Reader?

• TabContainer in BorderContainer not showing correctly

  Hi, I am using a borderContainer with a fix width and centering in the center of my page (Use of a div around the bordercontainer). Everything works fine until i add a TabContainer. All of a sudden i can not see my Tab's anymore. This goes as wel for IE as FF. Is this a bug or something else? How could i work around this? I'm using the latest release of dojo 1.4.3.   i have a style : .window .div { border:medium solid #000000; height:150px; background-color: #0099FF; } and then i have another style: #NewDiv { font:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 24px; height: 20px; border-bottom-width: medium; border-bottom-style: solid; border-bottom-color: #000000; } I need to put a #NewDiv div tag inside of window .div, BUT... #NewDiv must retain its own styling while sitting inside of window .div div tags. How do I do this? Currently when I try, #NewDiv takes on the same styling as window .div when i place it inside of it and i dont want that at all. Any suggestions?
