To draw a custom background in neighbor cells (based on NSTextFieldCell) I use isHighlighted method: - (void)drawWithFrame:(NSRect)cellFrame inView:(NSView *)controlView { if ([self isHighlighted]) { //here I draw the cell background But for NSButtonCell isHighlighted shows only the button pressed state. How to determine when the NSButtonCell is selected, i.e. when it's highlighted in the row?

  • How to export large data to Excel

    I have a criteria page in my asp.net application. When user clicks report button, firstly in a new page results are binded to a datagrid, then this page is exported to excel file with changing content type method. That normally works, but when large amount of data comes, system.outofmemoryexception is thrown. Does anyone know a way to fix this problem, or another usefull technic to do?

  • Tab-Bar not hiding on all views

    I have a tab-bar controller that loads a RootView. The RootView has 4 buttons that will load a UITableView I don't want my tab-bar to be visible in the RootView so I added the following code: -(void)viewDidLoad{ self.hidesBottomBarWhenPushed = YES; } When I initially load the app the tab-bar doesn't appear, but when I click on a button, and go back to the RootView the tab-bar still appears. I have tried placing this code in viewWillAppear and other application lifecycle methods but no luck.

  • jquery ui is not scaling text properly!

    I'm trying use jquery ui to scale a div that I'm dragging around to make it easier to see what's behind it, but any text inside it is scaling strangely. The text itself becomes smaller, but it seems to have a bunch of padding around it and is floating now. The text extends past the bottom of the div even though it should be contained properly by the div. I put a red border around the lines of text and the borders are the same size as the original text. I'm not really sure what to do to get this to work...   • I'm having trouble traversing a newly appended DOM element with jQuery

    I have a form that I want to be used to add entries. Once an entry is added, the original form should be reset to prepare it for the next entry, and the saved form should be duplicated prior to resetting and appended onto a div for 'storedEntries.' This much is working (for the most part), but Im having trouble accessing the newly created form... Another problem i am having is that the 'values' in the cloned form revert back to the value in the source of the html rather than what the user inputs. advice on how to solve either of these issues is greatly appreciated!

So the question is this: I want the user to enter the info for the product in the form but it also involves putting in the price of the product which exists in a different model/table (user_product) that is associated with product.     I use a little jQuery script to run a simple music player, but I'd like to add a rel="player" to the links in this jQuery script (the play/stop button for instance). This way I can exclude these rel="player" links from another jQuery script I use, because I don't want it to take the rel="player" elements into account.
