    Is it possible to do a regex replace on all IMG tags that are unclosed? If so, how would I identify: <img src="..." alt="..."> ...as a potential canidate to be replaced? = <img src="..." alt="..."/> Update: We have hundreds of pages, and thousands of image tags, all must of which must be closed. I'm not stuck on RegEx -- any other method, aside from manually updating all IMG tags, would suffice.

  • jQuery Mobile page overrides desktop HTML div layout

    I'd like to use jQuery mobile on my desktop page. I'm probably thinking of this wrongly, but I tried simply inserting a page element into an existing standard div, like this: <body> <div id="left_sidebar"> [...] </div> <div id="mylist" data-role="page"> <div data-role="listview"> [list items bla bla] </div> </div> <div id="right_sidebar"> [...] </div> <div id="site_footer"> (c) bla blub </div> </body> ...hoping that only the middle part displays the "mobile" page elements. However, that page div seems to override the entire site and turns the whole body into a mobile page (albeit displaying my listview item nicely... across the entire screen). Any idea what to do? Advice is much appreciated.

I want to avoid using cache because for this to work it must first load all the content. I was searching online for possible solution. I have take a main div element and inside this i have take two more inner div. Then I have set one inner div style property float:left; and another div style property float:right.     Hi, There's a class 'Car' with brand and model as properties. I have a list of items of this class List<Car> myCars. I need to represent in a JSP website 2 ComboBox, one for brand and another for model, that when you select the brand, in the model list only appear the ones from that brand. I don't know how to do this in a dynamic way. Any suggestion where to start? Thanks Update Ok, what I do now is send in the request a list with all the brand names, and a list of the items. When the user enters their details in, and clicks submit, if validation fails and it returns them to the same view passing back in the view model, it won't default the password to what they entered.   • HTML/Javascript disabled and then reenabled checkbox is being POSTED

    I have a page with a checkbox that is disabled/reenabled with javascript on button click. If I never disable the checkbox then its value is correctly POSTed, however if I disable the checkbox even once it gets posted without value (posts as "name=" even when checked). I have inspected the POST value through firebug. Why does it behaves like this? Am I missing something? I ve read somewhere that disabled controls are not posted, thats OK, but this control is not disabled when the submit is clicked. I am using ASP.NET with more complex setup to test this, but essentially this is the core of the problem. The brower is FF latest. I found very similar question, however without an answer: disabled control being reenabled but still not posting back contents to server

I've managed to get the source code for the site, yet the problem occurred that the specific data I'm looking for is generated via AJAX, after the source code has loaded. So that's my problem.     I basically have a div on my site that always has the same stuff. However, this div is not present on all pages which is why I won't use the dynamic web template. I was wondering if it was possible for PHP to get the code from a document on the server and put in into the div? Ex: <div id="section... then my text file contains <p>hello</p> Basically I want PHP to put it into the div when the user sees it. If theres a smarter way of acheiving this I'd be open to it as well.     I have a table where all of the cells are INPUT tags. I have a function which looks for the first input cell and replaces it with it's value. So this: <tr id="row_0" class="datarow"> <td><input class="tabcell" value="Injuries"></td> <td><input class="tabcell" value="01"></td> becomes this: <tr id="row_0" class="datarow"> <td>Injuries</td> <td><input class="tabcell" value="01"></td> Here is the first part of the function: function setRowLabels() { var row = []; $('.dataRow').each(function(i) { row.push($('td input:eq(0)', this).val() + ' - '); $('td input:eq(0)', this).replaceWith($('td input:eq(0)', this).val()); $('td input:gt(0)', this).each(function(e) { etcetera But when the page reloads, the first column is not an input type, so it changes the second column to text too! Can I tell it to only change the first column, no matter what the type is? I tried $('td:eq(0)', this).replaceWith($('td:eq(0)', this).val()); but it does not work. Any suggestions appreciated!
