    Hi, I have a server with an asp page on it that generates a report in Excel, using the Excel.Application object. Normally, Excel would have to be installed on the server to work. I was wondering, however, if it is possible to utilise the excel install on client machines to do this instead, as I can't install Excel on the server? Thanks for any help you can give

  • Google Chrome Application Mode: Possible to isolate multiple instances?

    I want to run multiple Google Chrome application windows logged into the same web site (Twitter.com, say), each with different credentials. Is this possible? If so, how? My initial testing shows that multiple Chrome app windows are not sufficiently isolated to do this. Logging into the second account logs me into the second account in both windows, suggesting that they are sharing information just as two Chrome tabs might.

    GetSatisfaction built an amazing Facebook tab that goes into the Facebook fan page. Is this built using StaticFBMl or is this a Facebook application? Facebook Applications usually need to be approved before they can be loaded. But this is too much work to be done within StaticFBML I guess.     Hi Everybody, I am writing a blackberry application and pushing screens one after another(three in series) Screen1 displays Screen2 and Screen2 displays Screen3 When i press "Back Key" on my Blackberry Device i.e., bold 9700, its prompts a dialog box with Question mark image and buttons "Save" "Discard" "Cancel".     I have an application with the default directory structure, for an application without custom modules (see structure figure at the end). I have written a ControllerTestCase.php file as instructed in many tutorials, and I've created the appropriate bootstrap file as well (once again, see figures at the end). I've written some model tests which run just fine, but when I started writing the index controller test file, with only one test in it, with only one line in it ("$this-dispatch('/');"), I'm getting the following exception when running phpunit (but navigating with the browser to the same location - all is good and working): 1) IndexControllerTest::test_indexAction_noParams Zend_Controller_Exception: No default module defined for this application Why is this ? What have I done wrong ? Edit: Please bear in mind the facts/requirements I mentioned above. The application will run on corporate machines which are very slow and without really good graphical acceleration. The crucial is to have really quick response and start time.

What could be the reason not routing to MVC. Do we need to plug some extra dlls?

    I want to install gtk+ in order to make an application with a graphical environment.I went to the official website of gtk(gtk.org) and I tried to follow the instructions,but I wasn't able to make it work.I think that I have successfully managed to do the whole process till the part that I had to run make install and after that ldconfig.So far so good.After that though the complete chaos.I do not know how to set all these configurations so I can make my compilers know where to look for the include files.I just want to make it work in my Ubuntu when I start making a source file and then compile it and run it.
