• Outlook 2007 - Cannot start Outlook - Cannot open the Outlook window

  I went to open Outlook 2007 on my Windows 7 32bit machine and it came up with this error: Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened. I have deleted and created a new profile in Control Panel Mail but it still doesn't want to work properly but it still comes up with this message.   I have Window 2003 server with AD installed. The file server is used to share the folder across network. However after 1 hour suddenly I can't access my share - it asks me the password and then when I enter it it does not allow me, and say access denied. When I try to open mmc.exe on server it says: The application has failed to start because MS.dll was not loaded How can I fix this problem? Can I re-install MMC?

  on windows there are several key maps applications that replaces Caps lock with ESC on a single 'press and relase' and with a Control signal if hold and another key is pressed. Is there any way to do something similar on linux?   In XP, to ensure a folder opened in a new window, I held down CTRL when I opened (by mouse or keyboard) the folder. Currently I am in France so I suspect that during the update something has revealed my location and installed something in the locale of the current location.   On my old computer when you drag a window around, it seems to be cut up (like what you'd see in remote desktop on a slow connection) and its becoming really annoying.
