    I'm using Hibernate with OpenSessionInViewInterceptor so that a single Hibernate session will be used for the entire HTTP request (or so I wish).     I have got a requirement as follows. I need to run ant build file during maven build process. I need to invoke the build.xml from my pom.xml file. I have done that using maven-antrun-plugin. Now I need to install the ant build generated jar file automatically into my local repository before maven compiles my project source. I tried using build-helper-maven-plugin but it did not help.     our application is deployed on jboos As 4.0x, we face some issues in jboss logging.. whenever the server is restarted, jboss stops logging , and there is no update in server.log. After that it is not updating the log file. then we do touch cmd on log4j.xml, so that it creates the log files again.     I've got a simple UIWebView in my iPhone app that's loading a XHTML document with some SGV embeded. This all works find on the desktop version of Safari, but it crashes in a UIWebView.     My goal is to take a Grails web application and build it into a Web ARchive (WAR file) using Maven, and the key is that it must populate the "plugins" folder without live access to the internet. An "out of the box" Grails webapp will already have the plugins folder populated with JAR files, but the maven build script should take care of populating it, just like it does for any traditional WAR projects (such as WEB-INF/lib/ if it's empty) This is an error when executing mvn grails:run-app with Grails 1.1 using Maven 2.0.10 and org.grails:grails-maven-plugin:1.0.     Hi, I've got a web page with a jqGrid that uses am xmlreader to populate itself with data that is spat out by a RoR service. The page loads fine in firefox and safari. In Chrome however I get a blank grid.     I want to create checkbox in my preference Activity that allows user to toggle orientation change. In similar questions people write only about complete orientation lock (by overriding onConfigurationChanged method or adding configChanges in AndroidManifest.xml) or orientation enforcing ( by setRequestedOrientation ). Is there a way to toggle orientation lock?

    Hi, Is there a light weight version of SQL Server I could use that has the characteristics of: Free (assuming my winforms app is semi-commercial) Can be seemlessly packaged for deployment as part of the winforms click-once application? (i.e. ease in installation for the user). Light weight for the user (ideally something that just runs when the winforms application that uses it is running - but better than using XML sererialization for persistance). Thanks

  • Using C# to create a Word document from an existing template

    I have several Word templates and I wish to use these to dynamically create Word documents in my app. I wish to avoid using automation at all costs as this is no good. I know that I can use both HTML and XML to create word documents but I just don't know where to start with regards to using a template that may well have images in the footer or the header of a document.
