    i have added a container named btnBar with boxlayout(x-axis) on a form. the container has 4 buttons of custom class MyButton that extends from Button itself.when i add actionlistener to one of the buttons in the container it gets invoked for each n every button.Even the actionevent.getsource.gettext method returns the same value irrespective of the focus.i hav added the buttons thru an array and m trying to use is smthng lyk dis....btns[0].addActionListener(......)......where m i going wrong...plz lemme kw..

    Hi everyone, I want to parse a text file, where I get numbers that are between parenthesis like this: 1 2 3 (4 - 7) 8 9 1 3 8 (7 - 8) 2 1 1 2 (8 - 10) 3 2 should return an array for each: array1: 4 7 8 array2: 7 8 10 I am thinking of using split for each line, like line.split("("), but that doesn't quite doing the trick..   • How can I get node coordinates from a graph, using Perl?

    Ok, I have a flowchart definition (basically, array of nodes and edges for each node). Now I want to calculate coordinates for every task in the flow, preferably hierarchycal style. I need something like Graph::Easy::Layout but I have no idea how to get nodes coordinates: I render nodes myself and I only want to retrieve box coordinates/size. Any suggestions? What I need is a CPAN module available even in Debian repository.

  • Supersized image captions - render outside of JavaScript

    I am using the jQuery supersized script for a full screen slideshow (not the WordPress plugin as this didn't give me enough control). However, one issue that I am trying to tackle is how to render the image caption text outside of the javascript slides[ ] call - and instead, render them within the page div - to improve SEO on the page. My code works fine right now, images and the caption text are correctly displaying, but looking at the source code, there is very little text outside of the javascript (which is bad for SEO), so I would just like to improve it, if possible.     Hi everybody, Having some trouble sending properly formatted HTML e-mail from a PHP script. I am running PHP 5.3.0 and Apache 2.2.11 on Windows XP Professional. The output looks like this: Agent Summary for Support on Tuesday April 20 2010=20 Ext. Name Time Volume 137 Agent Name 01:27:25 1 138 =09 00:00:00 0 139 =09 00:00:00 0 You see the =20 and =09 in there? If you look at the HTML you also see = signs being turned into =3D. I figure this is a character encoding issue as I read the following at Wikipedia: ISO-8859-1 and Windows-1252 confusion It is very common to mislabel text data with the charset label ISO-8859-1, even though the data is really Windows-1252 encoded. In Windows-1252, codes between 0x80 and 0x9F are used for letters and punctuation, whereas they are control codes in ISO-8859-1. Many web browsers and e-mail clients will interpret ISO-8859-1 control codes as Windows-1252 characters in order to accommodate such mislabeling but it is not standard behaviour and care should be taken to avoid generating these characters in ISO-8859-1 labeled content. This looks like the problem but I don't know how to fix.     I have no idea why it won't show. First I create an instance of the component and then add it to a certain element in a two-dimensional JPanel array. Then I loop through that array and add each JPanel to another JPanel container which is to hold all the JPanels.   • Is it bad to use a model directly from a view in codeigniter?

    I know normally the data is passed thru to the view with the controller. however, currently in my view I load my model ($this-load-model('Db_model');) so i can use it in a loop to retrieve a users profile picture path from a array of IDs that is passed from controller. Will loading the db model in the view to accomplish this make my site more vulnerable or bad form? To me it seems to be outside of MVC concept but its working atm. thanks

    I have an in-line date picker in which I want to highlight some dates based on array of strings from the server side. I found out the on load of the page with the datepicker, events the matches in the current month will not be highlighted. when I click the next month button the events on the next moth will be highlighted. What I discovered that i the matching only get highlighted when I click to the next month and not when I click back to the previous month.
