  • Keep Side Navigation Fixed with Scrolling of page

    Hi Guys, I have a clients website - www.stagecraft.co.uk and they want the navigation on the hire pages (longer page) to still be there at when you scroll the page down. I've had a quick go (not live) with position fixed but in doing so it the leftside navigation is about 200px or so from the top of the window. Any when to get it at the top of the window when scrolling? Thanks in advance....

While working on PNG, i understood that it uses CRC-32 for generating checksum for each chunk.     I am using festival TTS c++ API in my program.I have downloaded all files from http://www.cstr.ed.ac.uk/downloads/festival/2.0.95/ and install festival and speech_tools successfully on my UBUNTU 10.04 now when compile my c++ programme gcc gives error: g++ -L/usr/lib -L/home/peeyush/Desktop/festival/src/lib -L/home/peeyush/Desktop/speech_tools/lib -o"peeyush" ./src/peeyush.o -llibeststring.a -llibestbase.a -llibestools.a -llibFestival.a /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -llibeststring.a collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make: *** [peeyush] Error 1 so please help me to sort out this error. -Thanks Peeyush Chandel(INDIA)

    I can't figure out how to properly show the printer preference dialog of a given printer so that the user can change the printer settings. Most of the examples that I can find online manage to show the dialog but any changes the user might make are lost which makes it useless.   • Missing taglibrary in Netbeans Hibernate tutorial xhtml file?

    I just finished the Netbeans introduction to Hibernate tutorial ( http://netbeans.org/kb/docs/web/hibernate-webapp.html#01 ) and I am getting the following error: "This page calls for XML namespace declared with prefix br but no taglibrary exists" Now, I have seen a similar question somewhere else: http://forums.sun.com/thread.jspa?threadID=5430327 but the answer is not listed there. Or, if it is, then I am clearly missing it -- line one of my index.xhtml file reads "http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml". It also does not explain why, when I reload localhost:8080, the message disappears.   • JSTree, is it possible to add a handle?

    I'm very interested in using JSTree for a Sortable list that allows for nesting. The problem is, in my list items I want things like checkboxes, etc... which isn't possible because the entire list is draggable with JSTREE. Is there a way to add a handler to JSTree so only when the handler is clicked the list is draggable? How do I make my Apache server work with the "colon" syntax because now it's throwing the "Access forbidden!" error when there is a colon in the first segment of the URI?
