• UDP multicast streaming of media content over WIFI

  I am using vlc to stream media content over wireless network in scenario like this (from content streamer to stream receiver client): The bandwidth of wireless network is 54 Mb/s and UDP stream's required bandwidth is only 4 Mb/s; however there is trouble in receiving media stream and quality of playing specifically in multicast mode; means I can play the stream but it has jitter and does not play smoothly. In uni-cast I can stream up to 5 media streams correctly, but in multicast mode there is problem with streaming just one media! However when I stream from client some multicast streams; the wifi access-point can receive data correctly and I can see the video in "udp streamer" side correctly even when number of multicast streams increases to 9; But as you see I want to stream from streaming server and receive media in client size. Is this a typical problem of streaming real-time contents over wireless networks? Is it necessary to change configurations of my WIFI switch or it is just a software trouble? thank you

• the more DVDs at the same time , the slower the burning!

  hi i'm using nero to burn multi DVDs at the same time. When i burn 1 DVD at one time it takes about 8 mins to finish. but when i try to burn 4 DVDs at the same time, it takes about 40 mins! why does it take too longe to burn multi DVDs at the same time? i don't have any problem with hardware because when i'm burning dvds , less than 20 % of my cpu & RAM are in use. thx in advance.

  Hi Friends, I want to write a code to search for method defination and methods called in a c# file. So obviously my pattern should search for text like 1.public void xyz(blahtype blahvalue); 2.string construct = SearchData(blahvalue); Has anyone done similar to this, is Regex helpful in this case. if yes provide me the pattern. • Whiel Update ,datetime value is rounded to seconds.! i want milliseconds too

  Hi friends, While updating a datatime column in a table from another table, i noticed that mnilliseconds value are not shown.. instead it is rounded and the value is updated to nearest seconds. Example : Original Value: 2008-06-26 14:06:36.643 Updated Value : 2008-06-26 14:07:00 Please help me getting the actual value including milliseconds
