  I installed Django via Macports. I wasted a lot of time on making it work. It still does not work. I would like to COMPLETELY uninstall Django (Macports) and install with the easy install (DJANGO). I would like to keep Macports and not uninstall it, because I read it SHOULD be useful. How can I achieve this? Thank you for your attention.

• Problem installing PEAR package with GMP extension requirement

  I want to install the Crypt_DiffieHellman PEAR package, that gives me the following error: pear/Crypt_DiffieHellman requires PHP extension "gmp" So I installed the gmp extension (using MacPorts' "php5-gmp"), both php -m and extension_loaded('gmp') indicate that the extension is loaded. However I still get the PEAR error when I try to install the package. Am I missing something here? Or is this a (known) bug with the package/PEAR installer?

  Hello I have created a setup for my windows application in .NET 2008 After building the same i have the .msi and setup.exe files in my release folder. The problem i am facing is : I can install the application using the msi installer files from the shared network folder. But when i copy the installer locally and tried to install it, i get the following error: Error reading file.Please Try again. This tool creates a new file at install time with an extension of .InstallState. I have experimented with deleting this file and an uninstall still works fine afterwards. So my questions is, what is this file for and is there any reason I shouldn't delete it?

I know i have to install the zend debugger my php.ini store at c:windows i had added in these line: [Zend] zend_extension=c:/php/ext/ZendDebugger.dll zend_debugger.allow_hosts=127.0.0.1 zend_debugger.expose_remotely=always zend_debugger.connector_port=10013 but on command prompt i tried php -m it shown that i never install zend debugger. I not sure where goes wrong I check phpinfo also never show any zend information.

  I've been trying to install Shoulda script/plugin install git://github.com/thoughtbot/shoulda.git but all I get is: removing: C:/Documents and Settings/Danny/My Documents/Projects/Ruby On Rails/_ProjectName_/vendor/plugins/shoulda/.git > And the vender/plugins directory is empty. I have Rails 2.1.1 installed as a gem and have verified that 2.1.1 is loaded (using a puts inserted into config/boot.rb). Any ideas about what's going on? (this is on a windows box)
