• actionscript3: reflect-class applied on rotationY

  Hi, I'm using a class which applies a visual reflection-effect to defined movieclips. I use a reflection-class from here: link to source. It works like a charm except when I apply a rotation to the movieclip. In my case the reflection is still visible but only a part of it. What am I doing wrong? How could I pass/include the rotation to the Reflection-Class ? Thanks in advance! • How to capture live camera frames in RGB with DirectShow

  I'm implementing live video capture through DirectShow for live processing and display. (Augmented Reality app). I can access the pixels easily enough, but it seems I can't get the SampleGrabber to provide RGB data. The device (an iSight -- running VC++ Express in VMWare) only reports MEDIASUBTYPE_YUY2. After extensive Googling, I still can't figure out whether DirectShow is supposed to provide built-in color space conversion for this sort of thing. Some sites report that there is no YUV<-RGB conversion built in, others report that you just have to call SetMediaType on your ISampleGrabber with an RGB subtype. Any advice is greatly appreciated, I'm going nuts on this one. Code provided below. • 100% height with fixed footer and embedded Google Map

  I have a problem with a layout - it's not online anywhere, just local, but if you copy and paste the code below into an html page and run it locally you will see the same page I do. It's very nearly there. What I'm trying to achieve is a page with no scrollbars using up all available vertical space. Yes, I can set "overflow:hidden" on the container declaration and that helps, but it's not quite right. I want to actually have the google map surrounded with a 1em border. I have this on 3 sides but the 100% height declaration on the content div crashes the bottom border. If you don't realise the implications of a percentage-sized google map div, then the parent HAS to have a height declared for it to work. As the footer is absolute and outside of the flow, there is no "bottom" border to work to and the layout just doesn't work. The content div 100% height basically seems to take its size from the viewport and not the containing div. It's driving me mad... just can't seem to work out how to do this and I'd really appreciate some input.   Im playing around with the Tablesorter plug-in for jQuery and was trying to get a very simple grouping functionality added into it. Using the follow html/js works great until you click sort again and reverse the order. The headers get moved to the bottom of the group when this happens.   Ok so i have a template script my friend built for me. I'll include all file names OK so what is not working is file_get_contents is not grabing the content (1 I don't know where the content should be placed and 2 i want it placed in a directory so that IF i change the template the area where content stays is the same. • Using javascript to limit survey choices to three unique values

  I'm required to use a limited survey application, and have to adapt the provided code to meet more advanced functionality. I need to create a weighted ranking question, so users can select their top three choices and the data will go into the survey application and be accessible in the survey reports. The application only supports 2 types of questions (text fill & multiple choice) but I can alter the code, as long as it still sends the form data back to the survey application. The code is set up so it will show a drop-down menu of 0-3 for each option. Now I want to limit the user's choices so they can only select one "1" "2" or "3", three choices total. Ideally, if the user already had "2" selected for one option and they tried to select it for another option, it would set the first "2" as "0" or blank. Is this possible to do with javascript? If so, does anyone know of a site that might show code like this, or provide similar enough examples that I could adapt it? • Where should I put zoomIn in my MapActivity?

  I'm writing an Android app, and I'd like to zoomIn as soon as the map has been loaded. I get the following error: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: width and height must be > 0 This MapActivity - width and height must be > 0 question suggests the problem is the zoomIn() method is in the onCreate() method. But I get same error when I put it in the onResume() method. I've been searching for hours and I can't find anything about it at http://developer.android.com or anywhere else... Also I can't find a way to get the time point the map has been loaded. A "MapLoadedListener" or something like that... Inside that datalist is another Datalist (dlchild) that is being populated by itemdatabound event of the parent datalist. i've used css with dlchild. Databinding is ok and the required output shows great with mozilla and IE but not in netscape, safari and google chrome. dlchild is not showing. only item in dlparent appears.   [Edited at the resquest of admins] The best way I can explain my problem is showning an example. I have the table that you can see on the link below (since I can't post images...), that ha a table head (blue) and four rows, whose cells are green and white in color. I just want the white cells to hide/show alternately by clicking on green cells, which would remain always visible as parent cells. After hiding white cells, the green ones should be aligned into the same row, as they would fit like tetris bricks.
