  i would like to ask about some Notepad++ feature that i couldn't find in netbeans. And this feature is somehow really helpful. It's called 'function list' created by Jens Lorenz. this feature will list all of declared function in a PHP files. So, is there any subtitute plugin that i can use to smooth my migration from Notepad++ to Netbeans ? the main reason i switch is for svn, Phpdoc-support, and easiness maintaining medium-size web project.

  I need to be able to change the background-image property of a SELECT drop-down using JavaScript/CSS. We have been able to accomplish this in Firefox, but it doesn't appear to be supported at all in IE. From what I've read, IE won't support this. But I'm wondering if there's anything else I could try. Does anyone here have any recommendations?

SQLLite, for example, takes queries as string and needs to perform parsing ... which is time consuming. The operations I am looking for are: Creation of tables of arbitrary dimensions (number of attributes) capable of storing integer types. Support for insertion, deletion, selection, projection and (not a priority) joins.

But I already know than some persistence frameworks like hibernate are not perfect (character encoding, null comparison) and you need to adapt your schema for each database.   I have to support IE6 and I calculate rendering time by creating a timestamp in javascript at the beginning of the page and doing the difference when document.ready is fired in jQuery. If I do 3 pages load, the rendering times in milliseconds can look like this : page 1 : 735, 2672, 734 page 2 : 3063, 1516, 3375 page 3 : 8281, 2531, 3703 Why is that? I'm getting an error saying Incorrect key file for table '/var/tmp/#sql_201e_0.MYI'; try to repair it but the storage engine I'm using (whatever the default is, I guess?) doesn't support repairing tables. how do I fix this so I can run the query?
