• drupal themes: how do I include several css files / js files on my theme's .info file?

  I'm creating a new Drupal theme. Until now, I only needed to include a single css file and a single js file. So my theme.info file had something like this: stylesheets[all][] = css/style.css scripts[] = js/script.js Now I must include jquery and jquery-ui in order to use a calendar date. These come with 2 new javascript files, and 1 additonal css file that I must add to the site. The calendar input form is going to be used in all pages (on a side block) so it is ok for me to load the extra css/javascript on all pages. I think the easiest thing would be to reference them on the .info file itself. At first I tried to just put them there with separate spaces: stylesheets[all][] = css/style.css css/ui-lightness/jquery-ui-1.8.1.custom.css scripts[] = js/script.js js/jquery-1.4.2.min.js js/jquery-ui-1.8.1.custom.min.js I emptied drupal's cache and... none of them loaded. I then tried separating each file with a comma, and flushing the cache again. Same result. I've browsed some drupal pages, but could not find how to add several javascript/css files on one theme (they always seem to add just 1 of each). So, how do I include several css/javascript files on the .info file?

• jQuery Ajax call for buttons on a list

  I have a list of data that i have in a view from an asp.net mvc application. It's a list of stock and I have two images (a plus and a minus) on the end of each row which will allow me to increase or decrease stock quantity. It works fine at present with a call to the mvc action but since the list is long I want to use jQuery and AJAX to have the call go without a refresh. I want to do this with unobtrusive javascript so don't want onclick handlers on my images. Since I'm just starting out with jQuery I have no idea how I can iterate all the images and add the function.   Two of version controls uses seem to dictate different checkin styles. distibution centric: changesets will generally reflect a complete feature. In general these checkins will be larger. This style is more user/maintainer friendly. rollback centric: changesets will be individual small steps so the history can function like an incredibly powerful undo. In general these checkins will be smaller. This style is more developer friendly. I like to use my version control as really powerful undo while while I banging away at some stubborn code/bug. In this way I'm not afraid to make drastic changes just to try out a possible solution. However, this seems to give me a fragmented file history with lots of "well that didn't work" checkins. If instead I try to have my changeset reflect complete features I loose the use of my version control software for experimentation. However, it is much easier for user/maintainers to figure out how the code is evolving. Which has great advantages for code reviews, managing multiple branches, etc. So what's a developer to do? checkin small steps or complete features?

• Initializing Disqus comments in hidden element causes issue in FF 14.0.1

  This issue appears only in Firefox 14.0.1 (well I couldn't reproduce it in any other browser). If you put the code for Disqus comments inside an element that is hidden and wait until everything is fully loaded and then display the element using JavaScript, the comment box nor comments will show up. However if you resize the window, it'll show up immediately. It's working fine in latest version of Google Chrome and Safari though. What's causing this and how to fix it? On mouseup, the div then starts resizing "cooldiv" on mousemove without any mousedown required, until a further click of the mouse. These problems don't show up in Internet Explorer.

  No matter what I try, I can't keep my custom UITableViewCell from acting like it should under the default rules for UIAccessiblity. I don't want this cell to act like an accessibility container (per se), so following this guide I should be able to make all of my subviews accessible, right?! • HTML input not working correctly with AJAX update panels used else where on page

  I have some update panels on my page that do some asyncpostbacks to keep some dropdownlists correctly populated. My problem is that on my page i have an HTML input that is handling some file uploads. With the AJAX on the page with asyncpostbacks, and while i step through my code behind, the files arent being uploaded. Using a postbacktrigger (non-async) is not possible because of my layout. I am expecting it to be 2 when i have one file uploaded. Anyone know how to fix this?

• Weird margin in a list

  I'm trying to style a menu, but I keep running into this weird margin that's appearing in both FF4 and IE. This is the only affecting css: #header ul { display: inline; } #header ul li { list-style-type: none; background: #000; display: inline; margin: 0; padding: 0; } #header ul li a { color: #fff; text-decoration: none; display: inline-block; width: 100px; text-align: center; } And this is the HTML: <div id="header"> <ul id="toplinks"> <li><a href="#">Hello</a></li> <li><a href="#">Herp</a></li> <li><a href="#">Derp</a></li> </ul> </div> As you can see, there's a margin appearing on both sides, and I'd like it so it would have no margin (or maybe 1px would be okay)...

• Custom UITableViewCell from xib isn't displaying properly

  I've created custom UITableCells a bunch of times and I've never run into this problem, so I'm hoping you can help me find the thing I've missed or messed up. When I run my app, the cells in my table view appear to be standard cells with Default style. I have SettingsTableCell which is a subclass of UITableViewCell. I have a SettingsTableCell.xib which contains a UITableViewCell and inside that are a couple labels and a textfield. I've set the class type in the xib to be SettingsTableCell and the File's Owner of the xib to my table controller. My SettingsTableController has an IBOutlet property named tableCell. My cellForRowAtIndexPath contains the following code to load my table view xib and assign it to my table controller's tableCell property: static NSString *CellIdentifier = @"CellSettings"; SettingsTableCell *cell = (SettingsTableCell*)[tableView dequeueReusableCellWithIdentifier:CellIdentifier]; if (cell == nil) { [[NSBundle mainBundle] loadNibNamed:@"SettingsTableCell" owner:self options:nil]; cell = self.tableCell; self.tableCell = nil; NSLog(@"cell=%@", cell); } This is what my xib set up looks like in IB: When I run my app, the table displays as if all of the cells are standard Default style cells though: The seriously weird part is though... if I tap on the area of the cell where the textfield SHOULD be, the keyboard does come up! The textfield isn't visible, there's no cursor or anything like that... but it does respond. The visible UILabel is obviously not the UILabel from my xib though because the label in my xib is right justified and the one showing in the app is left justified. I'm incredibly confused about how this is happening. Any help is appreciated.
