HTML email image inverts on link click Outlook 07/10/13

I'm having an issue on a HTML email in Word rendered Outlooks (2007, 2010, 2013) where I click an image link, and when the mouse is clicked, the image inverts... Here is the code below... <td align="left" width="360" valign="top" style="mso-table-lspace: 0pt; mso-table-rspace: 0pt; border-collapse: collapse;" class="hide"> <a href="#" target="_blank"> <img src="test.jpg" width="360" height="528" alt="alt tag" style="display:block;" class="img_mob centertable" border="0" align="left"> </a> </td> Here is a comparison on the image clicked/not clicked... I have tried putting a text-decoration: none on the link. All the links are styled inline as well. This is the only image that it is having this issue on the email, so tried re-saving the image with no luck. The image is saved as a JPEG and SRGB from a Photoshop PSD. Any ideas? Thanks.

Embedded CSS Media Queries Not Working

I am new to CSS media queries, and I was first trying to get pdf/mp3/mp4 buttons to get centered on this page whenever a mobile device is using it (http://www.mannachurch.org/portfolio-type/recycled-junk/). Keep in mind for that I am using a highly modified wordpress theme. So I tried experimenting to isolate this issue. validation before ajax form submission

How do i introduce validation before remote_form_for submits? I have javascript function called validateForm(). I am able to call it before the AJAX request process. I tried to use return false and event.preventDefault. But there seems to be no effect. jQuery slideToggle jump on close

Hi, I'm trying to slideToggle a in a table with jQuery and it works in FF, OP, CHrome. Only IE (6,7,8) is giving me problems. It slides down perfectly down and up, but after the slide up animation is finished. The hidden pops up in full height and then closes. So I guess it must be somwhere inbetween when it switches from a minimal height to "display:none" that it appears for a short second. Masonry js won't bunch images vertically

How to get an embedded function to run multiple times

The question I have is how to I get multiple instances of a function to run. Here is my function below - A simple fade function. Problem I'm having is that when it is called a second time it abandons the first call. So if a user clicks on a button it will display a message which fades. If the user clicks on another button the previous fading message just stops at the current opacity level. Make floating element "maximally wide"

I have some floating elements on a page. What I want is the div that is floated left to be "maximally wide" so that it is as wide as it possibly can be without causing the red div ("I go at the right") to spill over onto the next line. How to find all initializations of instance variables in a Java package?

I'm in the midst of converting a legacy app to Spring. As part of the transition, we're converting our service classes from an "instantiate new ones whenever you need one" style to a Springleton style, so I need a way to make sure they don't have any state. I'm comfortable on the *nix command-line, and I have access to IntelliJ (this strikes me as a good fit for Structural Search and Replace, if I could figure out how to use it), and I could track down an Eclipse install, if that would help. I just want to make absolutely sure I've found all the possible problems. UPDATE: Sorry for the confusion. I don't have a problem finding places where the old constructor was being called. What I'm looking for is a "bullet-proof" why to search all 100+ service classes for any sort of internal state. The most obvious one I could think of (and the only one I've really found so far) is cases where we use memoization in the classes, so they have instance variables that get initialized internally instead of via Spring. This means that when the same Springleton gets used for different requests, data can leak between them. Thanks.

CSS3 Border Radius property doesn't work in localhost?

I'm having a very strange problem with css3 border radius property. My following CSS and html works fine with IE9 if i double click the file and open with the IE9 , however if the border property does not work in IE if i open the file through LOCALHOST (xampp insatlled on windows 7). The same file works fine on localhost with other browsers. How can a <label> completely fill its parent <td>?

jQuery toggle pushing other elements around... bullies!!

Ok, so in the left_col of my page, i have a list UL LI that incorporates a jQuery toggle to open a small box, which is "LoginBox". <ul> <li class="members"><a href="/members/signon.asp?userType=member">Members</a></li> <li class="employers"><a href="/employers/signon.asp?userType=employer">Employers</a></li> <li class="providers"><a href="#LoginBox" class="clicker">Providers</a></li> <div class="loginbox" id="LoginBox"> <p>Medical</p> <p>Dental</p> </div> <li class="brokers"><a href="/brokers/signon.asp?userType=broker">Brokers</a></li> </ul> when the jQuery is invoked, it pushes the elements below it down. As expected. What i dont get is that i have an H3 tag below this UL LI which has a background image. The text portion of the H3 gets pushed down, but the background image seems to stay put, and the UL LI that gets pushed down just covers up the background image of the H3. why would the text move, but not the background image itself? here is the H3 style: .sectionmenu h3{ background: url(/_images/h3-triangle.gif) left center no-repeat; color: #000; font-size: 12px; font-weight: bold; padding: 4px 0px 4px 10px; margin: 0; border-bottom:1px dotted #aeaeae;; } and the login box style: .loginbox{ display:none; width:100px; height:50px; margin:0 0 0 77px; }

button onclick not working

However, when I click the button, it does not call the function specified in the onclick parameter, and so nothing happens. Custom titlebar - system titlebar being shown for a brief moment?

Hi, I've got a custom layout I want to use as the titlebar of my android app. The technique found (linked at the bottom) works, but the system titlebar is displayed before onCreate() is called. Dynamically adjust padding on an image?

What I'm basically attempting to do is dynamically change a padding value for a scrubber image based on player position data provided by an app. I have been able to leverage the provided number to dynamically increase the width of a progress overlay image and create a progress bar, but I would like a scrubber diamond at the leading edge of the progress bar. To do this, I have positioned the scrubber diamond at the same starting point as the progress overlay and would like to increase the padding on the diamond at the same rate as the width is increasing for the progress overlay, allowing them to pace each other with the scrubber diamond moving as the song plays. Any help with the script necessary to manipulate padding-left dynamically would be very much appreciated. var progress = Ecoute.playerPosition(); var width = 142.5 / length * progress + 1.63; EcouteSel('Progression').width = width.toString(); EcouteSel('Scrubber').style('padding-left', 'width'); We define progress as the player position, width as a function of the progress and then apply that function to the ID applied to the progress over lay image. But how do I accomplish that for padding-left? style.paddingLeft ...based functions have broken the controller outright. I'm at a loss and any help would be appreciated.

How could I specify the "parent" html element in these parameters ? JSF h:outputStylesheet doesn't work everywhere

I'm currently learning Icefaces, now I'm trying to integrate a css file via h:OutputStylesheet into my code. I have a main page and a second page. Using outputStylesheet in my main page works well (and then I can also access the css in the second page, which I guess is intended). But when I try to integrate it in my second page it doesn't work at all. The code for both pages is basically identical. main page: <h:head></h:head> <h:body>  <h:outputStylesheet library="css" name="style.css" />  <div class="red">This is red color in main page</div> </h:body> second page: <h:head></h:head> <h:body>  <h:outputStylesheet library="css" name="style.css" />  <div class="red">This is red color in second page</div> </h:body> I've made sure that I have h:body and h:head tags in both files. There's nothing more in the html pages except the standard doctype and xml version declarations. I've tried packing everything into h:forms, but that doesn't change anything.
