  Maybe the title might be better, if someone knows a better one, please edit. I've seen in many Java code notation that after a method we call another, here is an example. Toast.makeText(text).setGravity(Gravity.TOP, 0, 0).setView(layout).show(); As you see after calling makeText on the return we call setGravity and so far. How can I do this with my own classes? Do I have to do anything special?

• Missing symbol names when profiling IPhone application with Instruments.

  I am compiling an IPhone application via command line (so no XCode options involved) and I am unable to get my symbol names to show when profiling with Instruments. I have tried several flags such as -gdawrf-2 and -g without any success. I have also tried using dsymutils to generate a .dSYM file but i have no clue how I'm supposed to use it so that failed aswell. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

  I have started to use the CSS framework Bluetrip, and I just noticed that for some reason my layout doesnt line up exactly with the browser. I only have one example to show, http://justcollect.com/ebay_app/index.php/home/index, but if you look closely, my footer doesnt line up with the bottom of the browser.   For a short time now I have had a problem or pain with the Breakpoint indicators, they do not show, yes I have the margin activated ( small grey stripe down the left side of the margin ). I have uninstalled all extensions, addins etc still no breakpoint indicator I have also deleted the .suo file with no go also. This is a major pain more than anything else.   I have a custom tableViewCell with a UITextLabel inside it. When the cell is first displayed, the place holder is shown and then disappears when the user types something in. What I want is to go back to the parent view, and then to the sub view again, and that the field will show the text that the user previously typed. If I set the text field, simply with setText, the textField is not editable. Any idea?
