Response.AppendHeader("Content-encoding", "deflate") I have tried using the following.... Response.Headers("Content-encoding") = "deflate" But it says This operation requires IIS integrated pipeline mode. How do I check for a headers existence, and overwrite it rather than appending it.

• Get Cygwin installation path in a Python script

  I'm writing a cross-platform python script that needs to know if and where Cygwin is installed if the platform is NT. Right now I'm just using a naive check for the existence of the default install path 'C:\Cygwin'. I would like to be able to determine the installation path programmatically. The Windows registry doesn't appear to be an option since Cygwin no longer stores it's mount points in the registry. Because of this is it even possible to programmatically get a Cygwin installation path?

I have an entity that has two fields creationDate and updateDate of type timestamp, that have to be filled with the current UTC time when the entity is persisted and updated. I know about the existence of the @PrePersist and @PreUpdate annotations, but i don't know how to use their equivalent in my Xml mappings.
