• Adding classes to all form widgets in symfony

  Hi everyone, I am trying to find a better way to assign classes to form elements in symfony. Currently, I can't seem to get away from assigning each one manually. ie: $this->widgetSchema['title']->setAttribute("class","fieldInput"); $this->widgetSchema['tag_line']->setAttribute("class","fieldInput"); $this->widgetSchema['description']->setAttribute("class","fieldInput"); // etc Things I tried without success 1) looping through $this-widgetSchema, treating it as an array and setting attributes to each key 2) $this-widgetSchema-setAttribute() but this only applied the class to the label that was generated, not the form element There must be a way to hit all the fields without specifically directing them? Can anyone point me in the right direction?

• memcache is not storing data accross requests

  I am new to using memcache, so I may be doing something wrong. I have written a wrapper class around memcache. The wrapper class has only static methods, so is a quasi singleton. The class looks something like this: class myCache { private static $memcache = null; private static $initialized = false; public static function init() { if (self::$initialized) return; self::$memcache = new Memcache(); if (self::configure()) //connects to daemon { self::store('foo', 'bar'); } else throw ConnectionError('I barfed'); } public static function store($key, $data, $flag=MEMCACHE_COMPRESSED, $timeout=86400) { if (self::$memcache->get($key)!== false) return self::$memcache->replace($key, $data, $flag, $timeout); return self::$memcache->set($key, $data, $flag, $timeout); } public static function fetch($key) { return self::$memcache->get($key); } } //in my index.php file, I use the class like this require_once('myCache.php'); myCache::init(); echo 'Stored value is: '. myCache::fetch('foo'); The problem is that the myCache::init() method is being executed in full everytime a page is requested. I then remembered that static variables do not maintain state accross page requests. So I decided instead, to store the flag that indicates whether the server contains the start up data (for our purposes, the variable 'foo', with value 'bar') in memcache itself. Once the status flag is stored in memcache itself, It solves the problem of the initialisation data being loaded for every page request (which quite frankly, defeats the purpose of memcache). However, having solved that problem, when I come to fetch the data in memcache, it is empty. I dont understand whats going on. Can anyone clarify how I can store my data once and retrieve it accross page requests? BTW, (just to clarify), the get/set is working correctly, and if I allow memcache to load the initialisation data for each page request, (which is silly), then the data is available in memcache.

However the labels for the radio buttons created by the ModelChoiceField need to be created dynamically. First I thought I could simply override ModelChoiceField as described in the Django documentation. But that creates static labels. It allows you to define any label but once the choice is made, that choice is fixed.   I am creating an MVC website which makes use of Partial Views on Popups to handle all my CRUD transactions. Please note that my application can already handle these CRUD operations perfectly (LINQ-To-Entity). However, I have a problem with my popup forms. I mean it adds product to my database. But my problem is upon clicking the Proceed button, I get this pop-up download dialog from the page: Can somebody please help me with this? I have a hunch it's because of the HttpMethod i'm using (POST, PUT, GET, DELETE) but i'm not really sure which one is right to use or if it really is the problem in the first place. • Using LinqSql, stored procedure returns datatype image problem

  Hello! I´ve got a problem when using LINQ to execute a stored procedure and return its values. One of the column that the stored procedure returns is of datatype image and contains a pdf in binary form.(this because the database is deployed on sql server 2000, otherwised i would choose a blob) When including the stored procedure in my linq class its generates that my pdf columns is datatype int in the designer class. I´ve work around the problem and manually changed the datatype in representation of the stored procedure in the designer class. But when adding/removing items in the linq class the designer file re-generates and my changes are lost. Are there any better solution for my problem??

I would like to know what members of List i need to implement for this new class to be able to bind it to DataGrid. And the implementation section conforms to the NSCoding protocol as expected. HOWEVER, when I add a new class which inherits from this class, i.e. #import <Foundation/Foundation.h> #import "SelectableObject.h" @interface Pet : SelectableObject <NSCoding> { } @end I suddenly get the following compiler error in the Selectable object class! SelectableObject.h:16: error: expected '=', ',', ';', 'asm' or '__attribute__' before 'interface' This makes no sense to me. Why is the interface declaration for the SelectableObject class suddenly broken? I also import it in a couple of other classes I've written... Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks! • Jboss logging issue - pl check this

  I’m Working as deployer and server administrator. We use Jboss 4.0x AS to deploy our applications. The issue I'm facing is, Whenever we redeploy/restart the server, server.log is getting created but after sometime the logging goes off. Yes it is not at all updating the server.log file. Due to this, we could not trace the other critical issues we have. Actually we have two separate nodes and we do deploy/restarting the server separately on two nodes. We are facing the issue in both of our test and production environment. I could not trace out where exactly the issue is. Could you please help me in resolving the issue? If we have any other issues, we can check the log files. If log itself is not getting updated/logged, how can we move further in analyzing the issues without the recent/updated logs?   I would like to create a query using the JPA CriteriaBuilder and I would like to add an ORDER BY clause.   I have a web form in SPARK which allow the editing of a Facility class that contains Rooms. When editing the Facility all the Rooms are listed for editing too. The form works fine for editing, but I would like to include a button "Add Room" that adds a new blank room below the existing ones. Any idea how this is accomplished? Currently I am doing this in my SPARK page: [All the Facility editing stuff...] <p>Room</p> <div class="small">Enter the rooms associated with this facility.</div> <div class="add"> <div id="room"> <AddFacilityRoom each="var roomModel in Model.FacilityRooms" RoomModel="roomModel" Index="roomModelIndex" /> </div> <a id="addRoom" class="add" href="events/room/add.mvc">Add a room</a> </div> AddFacilityRoom contains the html elements for editing a room. I would like add.mvc to create a new empty Room class and inject a new identical (but empty) control below the existing ones.
