    Did any one have luck recently register Visual studio 2008 express C# product? Look like, I would have to reformat my computer and install every thing all over again. I un-installed it and installed VS2008 express again but it will not start because it demands registration. When I click the register button, the website launches and hour glass spins forever. It appears that MS Express edition registration site may not be working. Please help..

    Hello, I'm using a slightly customized version of jwysiwyg for a website. I'm trying to change CSS values inside the textarea replacement (the iFrame where the text gets written) - but I just can't seem to figure out how. Do I have to create a new style sheet to apply to the iFrame? Specifically, I want to change the iframe's :active and font: css settings. Thanks, Walker

    this may be more appropriate for math overflow, but nevertheless: Given 3d structure (for example molecule), what is a good approach/algorithm to find symmetry (rotational/reflection/inversion/etc.)? I came up with brute force naive algorithm, but it seems there should be better approach. I am not so much interested in genetic algorithms as I would like best symmetry rather then almost the best symmetry link to website/paper would be great. thanks

Like how does the NSString method of compare: compare 2 strings when only one string is passed?

    About a month ago I saw a portfolio website in Flash that featured a stack of cards, and each time you clicked on it, they sort of blew all over the place, thus exposing the backs as videos and pictures. Although I could easily take a bunch of 3D planes and tween them to turn and flip, these cards actually seemed to 'bend'. How is this effect achieved? Sorry I don't have the link to the example.     I'm using the jQuery Fancybox plugin to display some content on a website. Unfortunately, when a link is clicked, the lightbox that is loaded starts at the same scroll position as the previous one. I tried using self.scrollTo(0,0) $.scrollTo(0) $('#top').scrollTo(); and a few others methods to push it back to the top, but none have seemed to work. Any help on this?

    Afternoon, Bit of a tricky question this one, I have a website and need to translate the pages into french, I am using google translate API to do the translation. What I am doing is loading in the HTML templates into a string using PHP and then need to translate the text copy on the pages and then save as for example: fr_master_header.html de_master_header.html The problem I have is identifying the text copy on the page ignoring the HTML, replacing the copy in the extact place and then saving the file with the HTML tags and trasnlated text copy.
