I've read this post about mocking location with custom provider, but I am looking for a way to mock the location during a presentation, is that possible?
I am writing a custom error handling/reporting function for php file upload and I noticed that the error codes returned is one of numbers 0 to 8 except 5.
Is this a typo in the source I am using or is it really this way? And if it is so, I am curious why they have skipped number '5'.
Thanks.
I'm using UIImagePickerController with the camera as the sourceType. I am also drawing a custom overlay on the picker using the built-in overlay functionality(picker.overlay = myOverlay).
How can I get an UIImage of the camera, excluding my overlay?. I tried using UIGetScreenImage() but that captures my overlay as well.
Hi,
if I put a custom class in session, then in an action method I get an instance of that class from session, and populate some fields, I noticed that when a different controller gets that class from session, those fields are populated. Even though after the first call didn't save the updated class back in session.
is this typical behavior for session objects?
I thought I had to use keyword 'static' on the class in session for this to happen
thanks
I use Rules-Module. I want to add 1 to a cck integer field on an action. Someone told me to create custom token doing this addition.
So, I installed tokenSTARTER module.
Now, how do i access the content profile (I load it in the rules chain) where needed cck field is in?
I have a table that lists a bunch of customers. The last cell is an ajax delete button.
I want the row containing the deleted customer to be deleted through jQuery.
<table>
<tr><td>Customer info 1</td><td><a href="javascript:deleteCustomer(1);">Delete</a></td>
<tr><td>Customer info 2</td><td><a href="javascript:deleteCustomer(2);">Delete</a></td>
function deleteCustomer(customerId)
{
$.post("somepage.php", {cid:customerId}, function(data){
//...delete the row that called the function...
}
In Visual Studio 2010 we have MSBuild for C++ project. Also we can add additional custom properties files "*.props" to projects, which are just MSBuild scripts.
Is it possible in imported "some.props" file know its directory?
for example there is "project.vcxproj" file and "common.props" file.
I would like to write something:
<IncludeDir>$( [and something for common.props file directory here] )\include</IncludeDir>
What should I write there?
How can I protect my web server, if I run custom users code on server. If any user can submit his python source on my server and run it.

Everything works as expected but I would like to improve the directory structure that the .zip produces.
When I create a deployment package I have it create in a custom directory which works fine but the .zip it creates is in the structure of:
content/c_c/users/pcName/documents/VS2010/Projects/ProjectName/obj/release/package/packageTmp
Only in the packageTmp directory do I get to the files I want!
Is there a way for the created zip to not include all of those empty directories?
Hello,
I have several custom MKPinAnnotationView on my map with different images(colored pins). Everything works fine until I either click on a pin or change the map to a different view(satellite/road)... when I do either of these, my pins will revert back to the classic red color.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Consider I have an array of elements out of which I want to create a new 'iterable' which on every next applies a custom 'transformation'. What's the proper way of doing it under python 2.x?
For people familiar with Java, the equivalent is Iterables#transform from google's collections framework.
I have this code:
<html>
<head>
</head>
<body>
<form method='post'>
<link type="text/css" href="css/themename/jquery-ui-1.8.14.custom.css" rel="Stylesheet" />
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/jquery-1.4.4.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/jquery-ui-1.8.14.custom.min.js"></script>
<style>
#feedback { font-size: 1.4em; }
#selectable .ui-selecting { background: #FECA40; }
#selectable .ui-selected { background: #F39814; color: white; }
#selectable { list-style-type: none; margin: 0; padding: 0; width: 60%; }
#selectable li { margin: 3px; padding: 0.4em; font-size: 1.4em; height: 18px; }
</style>
<script>
$(function() {
$( "#selectable" ).selectable();
});
</script>
<div class="demo">
<ol id="selectable">
<li class="ui-widget-content">Item 1</li>
<li class="ui-widget-content">Item 2</li>
<li class="ui-widget-content">Item 3</li>
</ol>
</div><!-- End demo -->
<div class="demo-description" style="display: none; ">
<p>Enable a DOM element (or group of elements) to be selectable. Draw a box with your cursor to select items. Hold down the Ctrl key to make multiple non-adjacent selections. </p>
</div><!-- End demo-description -->
</form>
</body>
</html>
I downloaded the jquery but it has no result
I used this site:

what is wrong here?
Without hiding the Child object's reference to the Parent object, has anyone been able to use an XmlSerializer() object to move a Linq to SQL object to an XML document, or is the only appropriate way of handling this to create a custom serialization/deserialization class to handle moving the data to/from the xml document?
I don't like the idea of hiding the child object's reference to the parent object is why I'm asking.
Thx.
Within my Website project, I have some aspx pages, javascript files, and a custom C# class I called MyCustomReport. I placed a Image box with an ID of Image1 inside SelectionReport.aspx. I need to get access to that Image1 inside MyCustomReport.cs so I can turn it on and off based on conditions. What code do I need to do this? Thanks everyone
hello.
Is it possible to have scoped macros using custom defined macros through boost wave?
I know it should a possible with C++0x however I am working with regular C++.
If it is possible, can you provide link or reference how to accomplish this?
Thanks
i have a page consisting of devexpress gridview control with 4 columns and 4 asp.net text boxes.
on selecting a row in gridview ,it should update the 4 textboxes with the values of the row selected.
so i was assigning the value of the rows of the grid to the text box in the custom callback event of the grid and also the value gets assigned to the all textboxes's text property but it doesn't updates the textbox value in the UI screen.
Hello all,
my question is stated in the title. How exactly do I do that?
I have an open connection and I want to "hijack" it and send my custom messages through it. From my understanding that is done with sockets and their handlers.
Any language would do but C#.NET is preferred.
Thank you
I'm creating a custom Layout for android.
The layout implementation is exactly the same, but once I need to extend from RelativeLayout, and once from LinearLayout.
class Layout1 extends LinearLayout {
// methods and fields
}
class Layout2 extends RelativeLayout {
// the same EXACT methods and fields
}
How can I use inheritance to avoid DRY and implement my methods once.
I need to change the scroll bar color in Firefox. Using CSS I am able to change scroll bar color in IE. It works fine. But I cannot see the change in Firefox.
I dont want any custom scroll bars. I want to apply the color to the default scroll bar only.
I used to have database entries separated by ampersands (&), but this was causing certain search issues so I decided to encapsulate my entries on both sides by $ and & symbols like:
$this&
But I am having trouble displaying all the entries of a cell as indiivdual records. Before I used:
$unsplitItems = $row['files'];
$files = explode("@", $unsplitItems);
foreach ($files as $file) {
if(strlen($file)) {
echo "<li>$file</li>";
}
}
Any idea how I can split my records and display all the items in the array as individual entries?
Hi there, I'm a new in Android and Java and I have the following problem. I want to change standard resources, such as button background, programatically to allow applications using standard buttons be displayed with custom background. My problem is - how shall I identify the path for retrieval resources on phone or emulator? And if we have permissions to access to those resources?
Which is a good .Net based CMS out there (for creating a corporate website). I have used Kentico CMS for some time, and am moderately happy with it.
However, is there anything better out there. I would like the ability to develop my own custom asp.net templates for various page types and install them.
I'm using the built in sqlite library on the Android platform.
I'm considering adding several general purpose fields that users will be able to use for their own custom applications, but these fields will be blank most of the time.
My question is, how much overhead will these blank fields add to my database? Do null fields even take up per record memory in sqlite? If so, how much? I don't quite understand the inner workings of a sqlite database.
If I were writing a native app I would try the solution given here which says:
Try to implement the following method in text view's delegate:
- (BOOL)textViewShouldBeginEditing:(UITextView *)textView{
return NO;
}
Unfortunately I need to use phonegap, so I don't have a text view to manipulate. It would be great if I could permanently suppress the keyboard in this app. We've got some custom on screen keyboard that people are supposed to use instead. So, any idea how to disable the popup keyboard completely?
