  • Calculate value from two field in third field

    I'm trying to create a query, that will calculate sum of products on invoice. I have 3 tables : Product (with product's price) Invoice (with invoice id) Products on invoice (with invoice id, product id and number of particular products) So in my query I take invoice_id (from invoice), price (from product),number of products sold and invoice_id (from products on invoice) and calculate their product in fourth column. I know I sohuld use 'Totals' but how to achieve that ? Model:

  • Query - Trying to SUM one field based on content of another field

    Table: DayOfWeek Enrollments Monday 35 Monday 12 Saturday 25 Tuesday 15 Monday 9 Tuesday 15 Basically I'm trying to sum the total enrolments for each day. so the Output will look like: DayOfWeek Enrollments Monday 56 Saturday 25 Tuesday 30 I've spent around 4 hours trying to work this out trying many many different ways but no luck. The problem I'm having is i can count how many enrollments for each day but can't have it aligned with the correct day when i run the query e.g. I want The total to be on the same line as the day it was calculated from. (I hope that is clear enough)

  • Most reliable method for uploading files in PHP w/ progress bar

    Hello everyone, I am interested in finding the most reliable method for uploading files in PHP. I need a progress bar with the upload. I have tried SWFUpload but it randomly issues an I/O Error. Even if the same file is uploaded sometimes there is an error and sometimes there is not. I have configured all the necessary INI/Mysql/Apache directives to accept large file uploads. So, I am looking for alternatives as a Flash based solution has not worked. Would Java be more relirable? I have also looked into PHP with APC. I definitely cannot afford these random errors, so any help on reliable software / suggestions on how to minimize them would be appreciated. Thank you.

  • Is it possible to import specific class from project propreties

    I have 2 projects. First project need to include second. When I copy sources from second project to first I need to modify manually import path to R.java file. The problem is that I need to use SVN external link connection between this 2 projects, that is mean, one project (the bigger one) will take sources from another through svn and should be able to use it without any modifications. If I would be able to specify R.java file path anywhere in project properties it will resolve my problem by changing manually that path. Need to specify that package name of these 2 projects are different. Another solution to resolve this problem also would be accepted. Thank you.

I have tried textread,fscanf and a few other matlab commands but the result is that they all read each row in decimal format and create a 840946*1 array.I want to create a 840946*125 array to compute a column wise sum.   • Detecting metadata-only read requests in windows filesystem

    Hello, I'm developing a kind of filesystem driver. All of read requests that windows makes to my filesystem goes by the driver implementation. I would like to distinguish between "normal" read requests and those who want to get only the metadata from the file. ( Windows reads first 4K of the file and then stop reading ). Does Windows mark this metadata reads in some way? It would be very useful in order to treat that two kind of operations in a different way. In a typical CreateFile call, we have AccessMode, ShareMode, CreationDisposition and FlagsAndAttributes parameters ( being DWORD ), i'm not sure if it's possible to extract some clue of the operation requested.     I'm looking for a way to easily read in a C# file and place it into a Java Object for database storage (storing the class name, functions, variables, etc). I'm making a Hierarchical State Machine AI Building Tool for a game I'm creating and need to be able to import an existing C# file and store it in a database for retrieval in the future. Does anyone know of any preexisting libraries for parsing C# files? Something similar to JavaParser? Thanks everyone! EDIT: This needs to be part of my Java Project. I'll be loading in the C# files through my Java Application and saving it into my db4o database.

    i have a string like this something = "something, something1, "something2, something else", something3" i need it to be read into a table like this: field1 = "something" field2= "something2" field3 = "something2, something else" field4 = "something3" please notice that the double quotes in the something string signified that the string inside the quotes is to be placed in one field anyone know how to do this with an insert into statement or some other way? the answer can be purely sql or can be vba with sql. thanks!

    Hi I am sorry if this question has been asked before but I am looking for some sort of download authentication. In other words if I am going to give the user a link to a file, I want to make sure only that person will get it, and get it only once! Is there a simple solution without setting up the whole database. Even better if it's possible to have an ecrypted web link that will let you download a file from my FTP server just once, after that the link becomes invalid. Thanks.

    I want to write a Python script that searches all folders in the current directory, looks for all .txt files, and creates a file that is a concatenation of all those files (in any order) in the current directory. If folders have subfolders, it should not search those subfolders. An example is main_folder folder_1 sub_folder file1.txt file2.txt folder_2 file3.txt The script is placed inside main_folder. It should create a file that is a concatenation of file2.txt and file3.txt (in any order) inside main_folder. My question is: How can I tell Python to traverse through the folders, look for .txt files, without going into the subfolders?
