• Empathy Audio Call Option Disabled 13.04

  Recently, I noticed that the Audio Call option is now disabled (greyed out) in Empathy when I right click on an available GoogleTalk contact. This option used to be available a few days ago. I do have libtelepathy-farstream3, libfarstream-0.1-0, and libfarstream-0.2-2 installed on Ubuntu 13.04 x64 with kernel 3.8.0-27. (Note, I just upgraded the kernel to 3.8.0-29 and still have this issue). Has anyone else experienced this recently, and if so, is there a resolution?

  At times, I can be an impatient customer. But I’m not alone. Research by The Social Habit shows that among customers who contact a brand, product, or company through social media for support, 32% expect a response within 30 minutes and 42% expect a response within 60 minutes! 70% of respondents to another study expected their complaints to be addressed within 24 hours, irrespective of how they contacted the company. I was intrigued when I read a recent blog post by David Vap, Group Vice President of Product Development for Oracle Service Cloud. It’s about “Three Secrets to Innovation” in customer service. (I don't play a lot of games which is why I require help) -- Walking/jumping/movement -- player can shoot lasers -- enemies also walk, fly, and shoot lasers -- water (you can swim in this) -- mud (slows you down on contact, and stops you from jumping) -- ladders -- damage when falling from a large height, unless falling into water -- moving platforms -- springboards (jumping on them shoot you into the air) -- growing platforms (allow you to reach new places) -- key and door system -- gem and coin collection system

• Accidental installed jdk 6 and 7 now cant uninstall!

  I have been trying to install java on my Dedicated server. I have partially installed multiple versions of java and now cannot uninstall them as they all have dependencies. Whenever I try and un-install I get: Errors were encountered whilst processing: openjdk-6-jre-headless openjdk-6-jre E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1) I AM A NEWBIE Re-install can't be done unless I contact my host and pay 15$ :(

  Issue: Attempts to enable SQL tracing from concurrent request form fails with error: Function not available to this responsibility. Change Responsibilities or contact your System Administrator Resolution: Switch responsibility to "System Administrator". Navigate to System - Profiles, and query for "%Diagnostics% ("Utilities : Diagnostics")". Once found the profile, change its value to "Yes". Restart web browser and try enabling SQL trace again.

  I am using a Windows 2008 Server as my LDAP server and on a Ubuntu 12.04 client I am trying to connect to it. I get the following error: nss_ldap: could not connect to any LDAP server as (null) - Can't contact LDAP server From my Ubuntu client I run the following: ldapsearch -h 10.1.1.251 -D admin -w password -s base dc=ad,dc=xxx,dc=com -p 389 and get the following success message # search result search: 2 result: 0 Success Any help would be greatly appreciated.
