    I have a Product record that has multiple "zoned" prices, one for each store that sells the product. ProductID int Name string PriceA money PriceB money PriceC money In SQL Server Integration Services, I need to split this in to multiple records: ProductID int Version string // A, B, or C Price money // PriceA if A, PriceB if B, etc. This would be within a Data Flow, I presume as a Transformation between Excel source and OLE DB destination. (Assuming OLE DB is a good destination for MS SQL server).

Example, Table in SQL: Cus(ID int(4), CusNam VARCHAR(35)) When i issue the following command at VFP Forms: (a) COPY TO xxx TYPE FOX2x [Data display correctly as following] *ID CusNam 1 ABC 2 DEF* (b) COPY TO xxx TYPE XLS [2nd Record disappear] *ID CusNam 1 2 DEF* Appreciate for any helps!

    I'm working on an Outlook add-in that requires the Office specific FileDialog to interoperate with a Sharepoint site; the common file dialog doesn't have the interoperability. I know that both Word and Excel have a get_fileDialog method under Globals.ThisAddIn.Application.Application, but Outlook doesn't seem to. How do I launch an Outlook FileDialog? Is it even possible?

  • Accounting Style string format in ASP .NET

    I would like to know the easiest way to format a string as accounting style. I know how to format as currency using {0:c} but there are some differences in accounting style, for example, all the dollar signs will line up as well as all the decimal points, and negatives are expressed in parenthesis rather than with a "-" minus sign. You can find a good example of the way i would like it in excel if you format the cells as "accounting" with 2 decimal places. thanks in advance, russ

  • Good Package for Fitting Polynomial Trend Lines

    Given a simple data set, I would like to be able to calculate a trending formula given it's a second order polynomial regression. In fact, it would be great if one could even forecast X periods during calculation (similar to what Excel does). I'm looking for a portable C/C++ package that's relatively easy to use, and allows it to spit out the "best-fit" (highest R^2 value) curve. Any suggestions? Thanks!

But if i open the text file in wordpad or ms-word, the data is correctly displayed. What could be the error?

They are now changing to PDF format, is there a way to reliably port the data from the PDF and insert it into our SQL Server 2008 database?     Is there a jQuery plug-in to remap the "dot" key in the numeric keypad? The purpose is to make it print a decimal separator, rather than a dot, in languages that use commas or other characters. I'd like to mimic the behaviour of some desktop applications like MS Excel. (It's okay to hard-code the output character.)
