To Editors: Sorry, I didnt realise the question thing till you pointed it out. Also I didn't know about the appengine tag, I'm assuming it was selected by mistake from that JS autosuggestion box (it usually happens with me, I run a P3) my apologies for that too. I've edited it now, if it doesnt work let me know. Hi all, I'm making (or at least trying to make) a Google bookmarks accelerator for IE8, but I keep running into "Internet Explorer could not install this accelerator. There was a problem with the Accelerator's information." Does anyone know why this is happening? PHP script works fine until I send it a parameter from HTTPService in Flash Builder 4?

I'm using a PHP script to read an RSS feed in my Flex 4 app. The script works when I put the url of the feed in the actual script, but I can't get it to work when I try to send the URL as a parameter from a HTTPService in Flex. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Why does using ASP.NET OutputCache keep returning a 200 OK, not a 304 Not Modified?

UITableview has problem reloading

Hi guys, I've kinda finished my application for a school project but have run into a major "bug". It's a account management application. I'm unable to insert a picture here so here's a link: http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee112/seelani/Screenshot2010-12-22atPM075512.png Here's the problem when i click on the plus sign, i push a nav controller to load another view to handle the adding and deleting of categories. When i add and return back to the view above, it doesn't update. It only updates after i hit the button on the right which is another view used to change some settings, and return back to the page. I did some research on viewWillAppear and such but I'm still confused to why it doesn't work properly. This problem is also affecting my program when i delete a category, and return back to this view it crashes cos the view has not reloaded successfully. I will get this error when deleting and returning to the view. I need to make a simple refresh button for a gui java program I have the button made but its not working properly. I just am not sure what the code needs to be to make the button work. JavaScript: Given an offset and substring length in an HTML string, what is the parent node?

My current project requires locating an array of strings within an element's text content, then wrapping those matching strings in <a> elements using JavaScript (requirements simplified here for clarity). I need to avoid jQuery if at all possible - at least including the full library. For example, given this block of HTML: <div> <p>This is a paragraph of text used as an example in this Stack Overflow question.</p> </div> and this array of strings to match: ['paragraph', 'example'] I would need to arrive at this: <div> <p>This is a <a href="http://www.example.com/">paragraph</a> of text used as an <a href="http://www.example.com/">example</a> in this Stack Overflow question.</p> </div> I've arrived at a solution to this by using the innerHTML() method and some string manipulation - basically using the offsets (via indexOf()) and lengths of the strings in the array to break the HTML string apart at the appropriate character offsets and insert <a href="http://www.example.com/"> and </a> tags where needed. However, an additional requirement has me stumped. I'm not allowed to wrap any matched strings in <a> elements if they're already in one, or if they're a descendant of a heading element (<h1> to <h6>). So, given the same array of strings above and this block of HTML (the term matching has to be case-insensitive, by the way): <div> <h1>Example</a> <p>This is a <a href="http://www.example.com/">paragraph of text</a> used as an example in this Stack Overflow question.</p> </div> I would need to disregard both the occurrence of "Example" in the <h1> element, and the "paragraph" in <a href="http://www.example.com/">paragraph of text</a>. This suggests to me that I have to determine which node each matched string is in, and then traverse its ancestors until I hit <body>, checking to see if I encounter a <a> or <h_> node along the way. Firstly, does this sound reasonable? Is there a simpler or more obvious approach that I've failed to consider? It doesn't seem like regular expressions or another string-based comparison to find bounding tags would be robust - I'm thinking of issues like self-closing elements, irregularly nested tags, etc. There's also this... Secondly, is this possible, and if so, how would I approach it?

Apache: How can i see my localhost on 192.168.1.101 from 192.168.1.102?

Hi, I'm running Apache on Ubuntu. My IP address is 192.168.1.101 While http://localhost and http://192.168.1.101 work fine in my PC, I cannot access it from within my laptop using http://192.168.1.102 It's strange. I can ping 192.168.1.101 but I got "The connection has timed out." in browser. How do I apply a servlet filter when serving an HTML page directly?

First off, I'm using Google AppEngine and Guice, but I suspect my problem is not related to these. When the user connect to my (GWT) webapp, the URL is a direct html page. HttpURLConnection does not read the whole respnse

I use HttpURLConnection to do HTTP POST but I dont always get back the full response. I wanted to debug the problem, but when I step through each line it worked. I thought it must be a timing issue so I added Thread.sleep and it really made my code work, but this is only a temporary workaround. I wonder why is this happening and how to solve. Hi This is the third time I am asking this question. I am only looking for the syntax of how to solve this problem. I am using prestashop as the cart for my website. I have a problem; the website used to be in dynamic urls. I enabled friendly url writing. The problem is that one page has more than one url. You can access a same page from the dynamic url and static url. In fact a single page has 9 different urls. This obviously creates problems for seo as search engines penalize my website for this. NullPointerException using datanucleus-json with S3

I'm using Django-MPTT to develop a categorization app for my Django project. But I can't seem to get the regex pattern for adding a trailing slash that doesn't also break on child categories. How to solve Python memory leak when using urrlib2?

Hi, I'm trying to write a simple Python script for my mobile phone to periodically load a web page using urrlib2. In fact I don't really care about the server response, I'd only like to pass some values in the URL to the PHP. The problem is that Python for S60 uses the old 2.5.4 Python core, which seems to have a memory leak in the urrlib2 module. As I read there's seems to be such problems in every type of network communications as well. This bug have been reported here a couple of years ago, while some workarounds were posted as well. I've tried everything I could find on that page, and with the help of Google, but my phone still runs out of memory after ~70 page loads. Strangely the Garbege Collector does not seem to make any difference either, except making my script much slower. My code parses out everything (title, link, description, pubDate, etc.) without any problems. However, I'm getting null on: <google:image_link> I'm using Java to parse the RSS feed. Do I have to handle compound localnames differently than I would a more simple localname? UTF-8 GET using Indy 10.5.8.0 and Delphi XE2

I'm writing my first Unicode application with Delphi XE2 and I've stumbled upon an issue with GET requests to an Unicode URL. Shortly put, it's a routine in a MP3 tagging application that takes a track title and an artist and queries Last.FM for the corresponding album, track no and genre. I have the following code: function GetMP3Info(artist, track: string) : TMP3Data //<---(This is a record) var TrackTitle, ArtistTitle : WideString; webquery : WideString; [....] WebQuery := UTF8Encode('http://ws.audioscrobbler.com/2.0/?method=track.getcorrection&api_key=' + apikey + '&artist=' + artist + '&track=' + track); //[processing the result in the web query, getting the correction for the artist and title] // eg: for artist := Bucovina and track := Mestecanis, the corrected values are //ArtistTitle := Bucovina; // TrackTitle := Mestecani?; //Now here is the tricky part: webquery := UTF8Encode('http://ws.audioscrobbler.com/2.0/?method=track.getInfo&api_key=' + apikey + '&artist=' + unescape(ArtistTitle) + '&track=' + unescape(TrackTitle)); //the unescape function replaces spaces (' ') with '+' to comply with the last.fm requests [some more processing] end; The webquery looks in a TMemo just right (http://ws.audioscrobbler.com/2.0/?method=track.getInfo&api_key=e5565002840xxxxxxxxxxxxxx23b98ad&artist=Bucovina&track=Mestecani?) Yet, when I try to send a GET() to the webquery using IdHTTP (with the ContentEncoding property set to 'UTF-8'), I see in Wireshark that the component is GET-ing the data to the ANSI value '/2.0/?method=track.getInfo&api_key=e5565002840xxxxxxxxxxxxxx23b98ad&artist=Bucovina&track=Mestec?ni?'
