    hi, I need a sequence of text, image, video CCK fields, repeated twice in my content type. I need to create 2 different groups (I don't want to use multi-upload functionality). I was wondering if I have to create a new field Image - File Upload for the second group, or I can somehow to re-use the first one (which is already added, and I would like to add it twice in the second group as well). thanks

    I have 2 classes with a LINQ association between them i.e.: Table1: Table2: ID ID Name Description ForiegnID The association here is between Table1.ID - Table2.ForiegnID I need to be able to change the value of Table2.ForiegnID, however I can't and think it is because of the association (as when I remove it, it works). Therefore, does anyone know how I can change the value of the associated field Table2.ForiegnID? Thanks.

    Hi There, I have a field in my database that contain comma seperated values these values are numbers, and I am trying to do a search and count the number of times that a number appears in that column throughout the column, $sql = "SELECT sector_id_csv, COUNT(sector_id_csv) as count FROM cv WHERE sector_id_csv LIKE '$sectorId'"; This seems slow and does not return any results, and I know the sector_id it is search exsists in the table.

    Good day! Despite the fact LINQ2SQL and ADO.NET Entity Framework exists there were situations when I need to revert to plain old DataSet (not typed) and friends. While writing SQL for SqlCommand: Is it needed to quote field and table names with []? Is it good to prefix table names with [dbo] I use to use this syntax: SqlCommand command = new SqlCommand("SELECT [Field1], [Field2] FROM [dbo].[TableName]", connection); May be there is a better way?     I was given the dawnting task of converting a ASP website to PHP and MSSQL to MySQL, and I ran into an issue that hopefully somebody can help I have a user table which has a password field with datatype Varbinary(128), are using pwdencrypt to encrypt the password. Is there a way to transfer that over to MySQL, and somehow i need to be able to keep the password intact... how can i go about that? any pointers would be greatly appreciated!

  • SOLR not searching on certain fields

    hey guys, just installed solr, edited the schema.xml, and am now trying to index it and search on it with some test data. In the XML file I'm sending to SOLR, one of my fields look like this: <field name="PageContent"><![CDATA[<p>some text in a paragrah tag</p>]]></field> There's HTML there, so I've wrapped it in CDATA. In my SOLR schema.xml, the definition for that field looks like this: <field name="PageContent" type="text" indexed="true" stored="true"/> When I ran the POSTing tool, everything went ok, but when I search for content which I know is inside the PageContent field, I get no results. However, when I set the node to PageContent, it works. But if I set it to any other field, it doesn't search in PageContent. Am I doing something wrong? what's the issue? thanks very much for any help cheers! UPDATE Just to clarify on the error. I've uploaded a "doc" with the following data: <field name="PageID">928</field> <field name="PageName">some name</field> <field name="PageContent"><![CDATA[<p>html content</p>]]></field> In my schema I've defined the fields as such: <field name="PageID" type="integer" indexed="true" stored="true" required="true"/> <field name="PageName" type="text" indexed="true" stored="true"/> <field name="PageContent" type="text" indexed="true" stored="true"/> And: <uniqueKey>PageID</uniqueKey> <defaultSearchField>PageName</defaultSearchField> Now, when I use the Solr admin tool and search for "some name" I get a result. But, if I search for "html content", or "html", or "content", or "928", I get no results why? cool, thanks!

I have a doctrine update query to save my data: $customer = Doctrine_Query::create() -update('Customer') -set('fax',"'". $this-getRequest()-getParam('fax')."'") -where('id ='.$this-getRequest()-getParam('id')) -execute(); The problem is that the field fax has parenthesis and doctrine returns an error in the query because of these parenthesis "(" and ")". Somebody knows a solution for this? Thank's
