Unfortunately this plug-in doesn't work with Thunderbird version 3.0.4 and later. The plugin has not been updated since 2007. So could anybody recommend any fix or replacement for this?

  • How to resolve a "driver failure" error in the Cisco VPN client connecting from a Windows 7 client

    I have recently upgraded my laptop from Windows Vista SP1 to Windows 7 Professional. After the upgrade, if I try to use the Cisco VPN client to connect to a network, I get this message: Secure VPN Connection terminated locally by the Client. Reason 440: Driver Failure. Prior to the upgrade, I was able to connect with no problems. The version of the client I am using is 5.0.05.0290.

  • devcon.exe not working in Windows7 x64

    I can't use the ia64-version of devcon.exe on my Windows7 professional x64 (AMD CPU). error message tells me, that the version of this applcation is not suitable for this version of windows and I should check whether I need to use a x64 or x86 version of this application. The x86 version starts correctly, but all operations (remove, restart, disable etc) fail. Running from a command line with full privileges. Any ideas how to solve this?

    I bought ACERREVO, first I connected it to the SONY TV Via HDMI output for few days it worked very well and one fine day when switch the computer on it boots and TV screen becomes black and message on the TV shows -no input signal.   • Why my VPN doesn't work anymore?

    I have openvpn server running on debian lenny. There is only one client - and it is running Windows 7 64-bit. This has worked for few months without any problems. And now, let's say for the last 7 days, it doesn't work at all. I connect successfully from client to the server, but I can't access anything through VPN. I have set it up so that all internet traffic is routed through VPN, and now when I connect with the client, the client can't do anything on the net (open any webpage, ping google, anything ...). Can you help me to figure out what's wrong ? I don't know where to start. I've also tried to connect to another openvpn server (I've installed and configured openvpn on another server, and when I try to connect to it result is the same). So I think there's something wrong with client ...   • Xubuntu login hangs after Cancel Button click

    I'm running Xubuntu 12.04 (I installed using the alternative installer.) running in Virtaulbox 4.1.20 My issue is with the login screen (lightdm-gtk-greeter). It usually runs just fine, and allows users to log in and out but it will hang if the user presses the cancel button. The interface is still working (ie, shutdown menu is still available, I can switch to a different tty) but the username or password field (depending on when the button is hit) is disabled. Restarting lightdm will reset the screen, but the problem still exists. The issue is only with the cancel button. The login, session, and language buttons/menus as well as the accessibility and shutdown menu appear to work normally. I've modified some of the config files for lighdm-gtk-greeter, specifically /etc/lightdm/lighdm-gtk-greeter.conf to change the background image and /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf to disable the user list. I did not check to see if the error existed before the changes took place. The changes have been restored the default settings but the problem persists.     I've edited my conf.d/ssl.conf file and changed the TransferLog directive from: TransferLog logs/ssl_access_log to TransferLog "|/usr/sbin/rotatelogs logs/ssl_access_log.%Y-%m-%d.log 60" (I am using 60 seconds for testing) Since that change and an httpd restart my original ssl_access_log is not updating and a new log was not generated. Today the VPN went down, but i couldnt log in to the read-only DC - the error message came up There are no logon servers to process your request. Since the RODC is a domain controller, there is no local administrator. How can i ensure that i am always able to log on to the RODC with a known account in an emergency if the writeable DC is not available?

    Summary: I want to be able to monitor the computers on my network, but don't need it to be automated. We're too small to purchase anything like MOM, but too big to do anything manually (~100 machines in two locations). I just keep running into issues, and was wondering if there's a master list of Group Policy settings I can distribute to my environment to get Remote Powershell working. Environment: Our AD network is pretty mixed. The end users have XP SP3, Win 7, and Win 7 x64. The servers include Win2k3 SP2, Win2k8, Win2k8 x64, Win2k8 R2, and Win2k8 R2 x64. Details: I'm trying to get it to work with Remote Powershell, but I run into errors like the following: Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message : The WinRM client cannot process the request. Default authentication may be used with an IP address under the following conditions: the transport is HTTPS or the destination is in the TrustedHosts list, and explicit credentials are provided. Use winrm.cmd to configure TrustedHosts. Note that computers in the TrustedHosts list might not be authenticated. For more information on how to set TrustedHosts run the following command: winrm help config.     how can I fix broken IIS on Windows 7 ? Deinstalling it via "Windows Features" doesn't help. Apparently it doesn't uninstall IIS completely so on my subsequent attempts to install it installer hangs and I can see in Process Explorer that it keeps trying to launch svchost.exe -iis for 10 mins and then gives me error message. Reinstalling whole Windows with all apps would take me another 3 days :/ Please help.

    We're using the default SMTP server for our websites to send mail with, but in the last day sending messages started getting this error: Insufficient system storage. The server response was: 4.3.1 Out of memory Further digging found this message in the System event log: SMTP server cannot create a file in the queue directory C:\Inetpub\mailroot\Queue\ I've since given the Everyone account full control of the mailroot folder but it's still happening. There's enough space on the server and to the best of my knowledge nothing on the server has been changed

    i have winXp sp2 on my machine. i have installed IIS. when i am trying to open my localhost as http://localhost/ it asks for login and password. when i am using my windows authentication to login creates an error message http 500 internal server error and error detail is error '8002801c' Error accessing the OLE registry. /iisHelp/common/500-100.asp, line 17 how can i resolve this problem?

  • User cannot Add or Remove people from a distribution list using outlook.

    Recently we moved across a user and a distribution list from Exchange 2003 to 2010. The user used to be able to add and remove from a distribution list within Outlook. I have added them to the Managed by list in Exchange in the distribution list, but to no avail. They are getting an error message saying You do not have the sufficient permissions to perform this operation on this object. I cannot seem to find the setting to allow the user permissions.
