• Symfony 1.4: Custom error message for CSRF in forms

  Hi, Can anyone tell me where/how to customise the CSRF token error message for forms in Symfony 1.4. I'm using sfDoctrineGuard for logins and in this form particularly, whenever a session runs out and you still have the page open, it throws a very user-unfriendly error: "CSRF attack detected". Something like "This session has expired. Please return to the home page and try again" sounds better. What's the right way to do this in the form class? Thanks.

• Make CSRF middleware work in Django's 404 error pages

  I put a login box alone with a keyword search box in 404.html in a Django project so in case a 404 error is raised, visitors get more options to jump to other parts. But the CSRF middleware doesn't work in 404 error page with no csrf token rendered. I tried move 'django.middleware.csrf.CsrfViewMiddleware' to first of MIDDLEWARE_CLASSES in settings.py but did not work either. Anyone knows a solution?

  I'm trying to port buildsystem of my project to GNU autotools. The code need to be compiled with -std=c++11 or -std=c++0x flag. I want my configure script to check if compiler supports C++11 or not.   Hi all, I'm using devise for a web app and wanted to add the confirmable module to the site. However, since a confirmation_token isn't generated users can't sign in. When clicking the 'Didn't receive confirmation instructions?' link the token still isn't generated. What is the best way to get this to work? Many thanks, Tony

  I am attempting to understand the world of WIF in context of a WCF Data Service / REST / OData server. I have a hacked up version of SelfSTS that is running inside a unit test project. When the unit tests start, it kicks off a WCF service, which generates my SAML token. I note that later in my code, when I need to check my identity, Thread.CurrentPrincipal.Identity is an instance of Microsoft.IdentityModel.Claims.ClaimsIdentity, which has a claim for all the attributes, plus a nameidentifier claim with the value in my NameIdentifier element in saml:Subject. It also has a property NameClaimType, which points to "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/name". It would make more sense if NameClaimType mapped to nameidentifier, wouldn't it? How do I make that happen? Or am I expecting the wrong thing of the name claim? Thanks!

Assume a line in a CSV file: "Barak Obama", 48, "President", "1600 Penn Ave, Washington DC" string[] tokens = line.split(',') I expect this: "Barak Obama" 48 "President" "1600 Penn Ave, Washington DC" but the last token is 'Washington DC' not "1600 Penn Ave, Washington DC". Is there an easy way to get the split function to ignore the comma within quotes?

The original VB application has some simple embedded flash games with token and point counters. The token and point values are being passed as variables between the application and the game. I'm trying to achieve the same effect in my PHP port without modifying the actionscript code( using the variables in actionscript that already exist).   HI All, I've been using the basic split for a while - where I just parse out a string into an array based on a simple token like " " or ",". So of course a customer tries this: \\.br\ which fails miserably. I need to parse to an array of lines. The string for example looks like this: "LINE 1\\.br\\LINE 2\\.br\\LINE 3\\.br\\LINE 4\\.br\\" and this fails with java.util.regex.PatternSyntaxException: Unexpected internal error. Any ideas?

  We maintain a DLL that does a lot of system-related things; traversing the file system, registry, etc. The callers of this DLL may or may not be using impersonation. In order to better support all possible scenarios I'm trying to modify it to be smarter. I'll use the example of deleting a file. Currently we just call DeleteFile(), and if that fails that's the end of that. If that fails with access denied, it temporarily enables privileges in the caller's token and tries again. If that fails with access denied and the caller is impersonating, it temporarily unimpersonates and tries again. If that fails with access denied, it temporarily enables privileges in the process token and tries again. I think this should handle pretty much any situation, but I was wondering if there was a better way to achieve this? There are a lot of operations that we would potentially want to use this method (i.e. pretty much any operation that accesses securable objects).
