• Manual metrics and treemap components

  I have a problem with SonarQube. I use web API to inject manual metrics values for a project like this : curl -u nom:password -d "resource=<projet>&metric=<key de la metric>&val=<valeur>" http://localhost:8081/sonar/api/manual_measures One of these metrics is a percentage and this metric is declared as a Percentage value in Sonar in Settings = Manual Metrics window. I have a project with components and each project and components have this metric value. When I want to show this metric as a color metric in a "treemap of components" of widget, all the treemap is grey (as if values are not defined). But if I put mouse on the name of component in treemap, I saw the color metric value as a percentage value like this : myComponent - ncloc: 800 - myMetric: 84,0% Moreover, scale metric color does not appear in treemap title (after Size ncloc Color <my metric>).

• Ajax security problem

  I want to create a browser based game and I have a huge problem, the game can be easily hacked. The problem is at a page where you can go to "work", I store in a file the work ending date and the amount of money what you will receive after finishing the work. There are 4 type of works. The problem is that I use ajax to send to a php file the necessary information. The URL looks like this x.php?date=....&pay=.... The javascript part of the page calculates the date and the pay but if you simply enter in your URL bar x.php?date=anynumber&pay=99999 you will receive that 99999 dollars. What should I do ? And sorry for my bad english :)

• combining dynamic text with regular expressions in php

  I am experimenting with finding popular keywords using curl, php and regular expressions. I have an array of non-specific nouns that I am matching my keyword search up. So I am looking for words like "the", "and", "that" etc. and taking them out of the keyword search. so I have an array of words like so: $wordArr = [the, and, at,....]; and then running something like: && preg_match('(\bmyword\w*\b)', $key) == false how do I combine these two so it loops through the array finding out if any of the words in the array match the regular expression? I guess I could just do a for loop, but though maybe I could use in_array($wordArr, $key).. or something like that.

  I have deployed one web project into Azure emulator. And I get this error saying that Could not load file or assembly Base. The thing is that this web project, got dependencies to another project in the same solution. I have added that dependency into the reference list of my web project. And if I run this web application without using the azure emulator it will run fine. But I will get error when I try to run it on the azure emulator. At first glance I thought that I maybe need to add the other project as role also. But it couldn't be that. Anyone know what the problem might be? I hope I got enough data for you to look into. • Oracle SQL: ROLLUP not summing correctly

  Hi guys, Rollup seems to be working correcly to count the number of units, but not the number of trains. Any idea what could be causing that? The output from the query looks like this. The sum of the Units column in yellow is 53 but the rollup is showing 51. The number of units adds up correctly though... • automatic push to CDN deployment strategy

  Does anyone have ideas for a strategy to push content to a CDN upon deployment? The key issue I'm facing is that we have a site that is available in various contexts: local development, development server, staging, then finally live. The liver version of the site needs to load assets from a domain, which will be pointed to a CDN: assets.domain.com. However, we will have numerous references to the assets pointing to a relative folder, e.g. /images/ in css, possibly in js, and in HTML & source. Our new site will use capistrano for deployment and it may be that we can hook in another build tool (apache ant?) or some custom script to search / replace paths. I am wondering if anyone has had to deal with this issue before and what solutions you put in place to automate managing the CDN in terms of pushing content up to the CDN and managing html & css references to assets in the CDN.   hi, i need to run a really long php script (four and half, five hours). the script sometimes runs successfully, but sometimes gets killed inexplicably (poss something to do with the shared hosting??). i think that the solution maybe to run the script is smaller chunks. in order to do this i have written a script that stores it's status & position in an xml file, and executes one chunk of the script, before moving the position on. i am having problems hooking up the last bit of the script, which should end the current process & re-execute the script. or maybe i am barking up the wrong tree completely! i have read through what i can find on SO and elsewhere but i'm still none the wiser :( please help!!! dan

  Hey all, Can anyone direct me to a good Python screen scraping library for javascript code (hopefully one with good documentation/tutorials)? I'd like to see what options are out there, but most of all the easiest to learn with fastest results... wondering if anyone had experience. I've heard some stuff about spidermonkey, but maybe there are better ones out there?   I'm running nginx 1.3.5 under windows seven, I need to execute nginx directly from a read-only media (CD or DVD), but when I want to run it, it fails with this error: nginx: [alert] could not open error log file: CreateFile() "logs/error.log" fail ed (5: Access is denied) 2012/08/28 13:52:46 [emerg] 5604#2864: CreateDirectory() "J:\nginx-1.3.5/temp/client_body_temp" failed (5: Access is denied) where J is my CD-ROM drive letter. I've changed nginx.conf to disable logging completely, but seems anyway it still tries to build a file named 'error.log' in '/logs' folder & some extra temporary contents in '/temp' folder at the startup, so I want to change 'logs' & 'temp' directory path to windows temp folder (%temp%), but I dont have any idea that how can I do it. Also I want to know why nginx still creates 'logs/error.log' after disableing error logging ?

• Receving multiple multicast feeds on the same port - C, Linux

  I have an application that is receiving data from multiple multicast sources on the same port. I am able to receive the data. However, I am trying to account for statistics of each group (i.e. msgs received, bytes received) and all the data is getting mixed up. Does anyone know how to solved this problem? If I try to look at the sender's address, it is not the multicast address, but rather the IP of the sending machine. If a user only fills in the first field the second must be cleared before the form string is passed on and vice versa.   If I am walking through an IEnumerable<T>, is there any way to get a new IEnumerable<T> representing the remaining items after the current one.   I need start off with code because I am not sure what terminology to use. • Is it safe to use the same parameters for input and output in D3DX functions?

  Using the D3DX library that is a part of directX, specifically directx9 in this case, I'm wondering if it's safe to use the same matrix (or vector etc) for input and ouput D3DXMATRIX mat; D3DXMatrixInverse(&mat, NULL, &mat); I've been avoiding doing so, assuming that it would result in bad things happening when parts of the array got partly overwritten as results are calculated but I see an awful lot of code around that does exactly this. A brief test indicates that it seems to work ok, so I'm assuming that the D3DX functions take a copy where necessary of the input data, or some other method to ensure that this works ok, but I can't find it documented anywhere so I'm reluctant to rely on it working. Is there any official statement on using the functions like this?

• Why can't I override WP's 'excerpt_more' filter via my child theme functions?

  I can't seem to get my functions to work for changing the excerpt_more filter of the Twenty Eleven parent theme. I suspect it might actually be add_action( 'after_setup_theme', 'twentyeleven_setup' ); that's the problem, but I've even tried remove_filter( 'excerpt_more', 'twentyeleven_auto_excerpt_more' ) to get rid Twenty Eleven's function and still my functions aren't changing anything... Can you help? • Why does this regular expression fail?

  I have a password validation script in PHP that checks a few different regular expressions, and throws a unique error message depending on which one fails. Here is an array of the regular expressions and the error messages that are thrown if the match fails: array( 'rule1' => array( '/^.*[\d].*$/i', 'Password must contain at least one number.' ), 'rule2' => array( '/^.*[a-z].*$/i', 'Password must contain at least one lowercase letter' ), 'rule3' => array( '/^.*[A-Z].*$/i', 'Password must contain at least one uppercase letter' ), 'rule4' => array( '/^.*[~!@#$%^&*()_+=].*$/i', 'Password must contain at least one special character [~!@#$%^&*()_+=]' ) ); For some reason, no matter what I pass through the validation, the "Special Characters" rule fails. I'm guessing it's a problem with the expression. If there's a better (or correct) way to write these expressions, I'm all ears!

I currently have a rather hackish method of deleting the widget and re-creating it. I'm sure there's a better way. • "rsAccessDenied" error for SSRS 2008

  Hi All, I have been trying to access SSRS Web Service URL hxxp://myServer:80/ReportServer (from Reporting Service Configuration Manager), but my IE always shows "rsAccessDenied" message saying that my account doesn't have privilage required to view. Here are my system specs. Its my laptop with Windows 7 x64, and SQL Server 2008 with SP1 and I am using Mixed Mode Authentication with My account as SysAdmin privilages and this is what I have been trying / tried ... (ofcourse with restarting the service everytime I make any change in configuration), I changed service account from Reporting Service Configuration Manager to make it use My account but nothing happend. I tried running my IE as admin, by RUN AS ADMIN but still same message. Then I read somewhere I have to delete/recreate my encryption keys as well, so I tried again with that, then it was asking me to enter ID/PWD to access server here I am totally blank because it was not accepting my account credentials !!!. Weird thing is I can see my existing reports if I follow this URL hxxp://myServer:80/Reports , for which My guess is solely used to view reports. I have read post here about kind of same problem, but it seems that OP just left forum after asking question... Also, MSDN does have these helps hxxp://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms156034.aspx hxxp://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb630430.aspx but both of this didn't workout for me.   I'm trying to find a way to force Windows to reboot, and I am running into issues. I've tried Set OpSysSet = GetObject("winmgmts:{authenticationlevel=Pkt," _ & "(Shutdown)}").ExecQuery("select * from Win32_OperatingSystem where "_ & "Primary=true") for each OpSys in OpSysSet retVal = OpSys.Reboot() next I've also tried using the shutdown -f -r command, and in both cases I sometimes get no response, and if I try again I get an error saying "Action could not complete because the system is shutting down" even though no matter how long I leave it it doesn't shut down, it still allows me to start new programs, and doing a shutdown -a gives the same error. How can a script be used to force Windows to reboot?
