• How do I use C# and ADO.NET to query an Oracle table with a spatial column of type SDO_GEOMETRY?

  My development machine is running Windows 7 Enterprise, 64-bit version. I am using Visual Studio 2010 Release Candidate. I am connecting to an Oracle 11g Enterprise server version 11.1.0.7.0. I had a difficult time locating Oracle client software that is made for 64-bit Windows systems and eventually landed here to download what I assume is the proper client connectivity software. I added a reference to "Oracle.DataAccess" which is version 2.111.6.0 (Runtime Version is v2.0.50727). I am targeting .NET CLR version 4.0 since all properties of my VS Solution are defaults and this is 2010 RC. I was then able to write a console application in C# that established connectivity, executed a SELECT statement, and properly returned data when the table in question does NOT contain a spatial column. My problem is that this no longer works when the table I query has a column of type SDO_GEOMETRY in it. Below is the simple console application I am trying to run that reproduces the problem. I don't know if there is some configuration on my machine or the Oracle machine that needs to be done, or if the Oracle client software I have installed is wrong, or old and needs to be updated.   I recently built a simple web-app deployed over Tomcat. The app uses pretty standard session based security where a user who has logged in is given a session. Sessions work fine in Firefox and Chrome, but require the use of jsessionid in the URL for IE (tested 7 & 8), set to medium privacy. In IE 8, I tried to override cookie handling, setting "Allow all 3rd party cookies" and "Allow all session cookies"- no dice. However, when I run Tomcat on my local machine, IE accepts the cookie, and sessions work just fine. And now, for the HTTP headers.   I'm attempting to use the jQuery jFeed plugin for parsing an Atom, GeoRSS feed and I'm running into issues extracting the information I need. For example, I need to extract the summary element and I would like to render the contents in a div on my HTML page. Additionally, I'd like to extract the contents from the georss:point elements and pass them into Google Maps to render them as points on a map. The problem is that it seems jFeed is stripping out the GeoRSS-related information. For example, I can extract the title element without issues, but it seems it doesn't extract the summary or georss:point elements, at all.   Hello, I am attempting to integrate FFMPEG into my asp.net website. The process I am trying to complete is to upload a video, check if it is .avi, .mov, or .wmv and then convert this video into an mp4 using x264 so my flash player can play it. I am using an http handler (ashx) file to handle my upload. This is where I am also putting my conversion code. I am not sure if this is the best place to put it, but I wanted to see if i could at least get it working. Additionally, I was able to complete the conversion manually through cmd line.   Hi, I have serious problem with iframe application. I need to use many external JS libraries and other dynamic stuuf so FMBL application can't be done. When I call require_login() I get applicaition installing dialog when app is not already installed, which is ok. But then after authorization application enters an endless redirect loop with parameters like auth_token, installed and so. Yesterday I managed to fix this, but today it's broken again... • Missing audio and problems playing FLV video converted from 720p .mov file with FFMPEG

  I have some .mov video files recorded from a JVC GC-FM1 HD video camera in 720p mode. I have FFMPEG running on a Linux box that I upload files to and have them encoded into FLV format. The video appears to be encoding ok but there is no audio in the resulting FLV file and when I play it back in Flash Player in a browser or on Adobe Media Player, the video pauses at the start. It appears that Adobe Media Player waits for the progress bar to reach the end of the video before starting the playback - i.e. the video will load, the picture pauses, the progress bar seeks to the end as if the video was playing then when it reaches the end the video picture starts. There is no audio on the video. I am noticing this in the video player I have built with Flash 8 using an FLVPlayback component and attached seekBar. The seek bar will start moving as if the video is playing but the picture remains paused. I thought by using the namespaces array I could handle that issue but its not working. • PHP curl post to login to wordpress

  I followed http://stackoverflow.com/questions/724107 to login to wordpress, using php_curl, and it works fine as far I use WAMP, (apache/php). But when it comes to IIS on the dedicated server, it returns nothing.
