  • Drawing path by Bezier curves

    Hello. I have a task - draw smooth curve input: set of points (they added in realtime) current solution: I use each 4 points to draw qubic Bezier curve (1 - strart, 2 and 3rd - control points, 4- end). End point of each curve is start point for the next one. problem: at the curves connection I often have "fracture" (angle) Can you tell me, how to connect my points more smooth? Thanks!

Most of the examples I've found online seem to be custom implementations of the pattern rather than reusable frameworks. Suggestions need not be specific to any particular programming language, my interest is mostly academic.

    Magento Production version 1.2.1 store running on linux centos. I want to hide all error messages generating from Magento, or if error occurred then I want user to send to custom error page. I tried some solutions like putting Mage::setIsDeveloperMode(true); in index.php but it is not working properly, I even tried to set ini_set('display_errors', 0); but it is still not working. Magento still giving errors like "undefined index"

  • asp.net MVC: how to catch a 404 error?

    Hi, in the old days, with asp.net, when i would navigate to a non existing page, the .net framework (or iis?) would throw a 404 and i could attach a default page to that error in the web.config in the custom errors section. but in the asp.net mvc that doesn't seem to work? Does the mvc framework throws some kind of invalid route excpetion saying it can't find any route for my uri or something like that?

    I'd like to set some autorun task to Eclipse, or simply set the command with path, how to run my Apache while starting Eclipse. My point is, that I don't want webserver (Apache) to be running after OS start, because it's useless load for my laptop. I usually want webserver use when I start Eclipse, so I think there could be an option, when can I do that to save my OS load and my time. How can I set this?

My problem is that I can't stop the reactor, for example: cmd = raw_input("Command: ") # custom factory, the protocol just send a line reactor.connectTCP(HOST,PORT, CommandClientFactory(cmd) d = defer.Deferred() d.addCallback(lambda x: reactor.stop()) reactor.callWhenRunning(d.callback,None) reactor.run() In this code the reactor stops before that the tcp connection is done and the cmd is passed. How can I stop the reactor after that all the operation are finished?

  • Problem with Landscape and Portrait view in a TabBar Application

    I have an TabBar app that I would like to be in landscape and portrait. The issue is when I go to tab 2 make a selection from my table then select tab 1 and rotate the device, then select tab 2 again the content does not know that the device rotated and will not display my custom orientated content correctly. I am trying to write a priovate method that tells the view what orientation it is currently in. IN viewDidLoad I am assuming it is in portrait but in shouldAutoRotate I have it looking in the private method for the correct alignment of the content. Please Help!!     When I run the custom tool to create the cs files for SubSonic all the templates now inject a letter g to the top of the cs files. To get this to compile I need to remove the g from the ActiveRecord.cs, Struts.cs, Context.cs and StoredProcedures.cs. Anyone else run into this? I am using MySQL.

    Hi, Just a quick question. I've written some code that returns a custom class Command, and the code I've written seems to work fine. I was wondering if there are any reasons that I shouldn't be doing it this way. It's something like this: Command Behavior::getCommand () { char input = 'x'; return Command (input, -1, -1); } Anyway, I read that constructors aren't meant to have a return value, but this works in g++.
