• Why has internet sharing on htc tytn II stopped working all of a sudden?

  It worked fine on Windows 7 RC1 and on Ubuntu Linux 8.10 with out a problem, but now it does not work anymore. I do not know what I could have changed inadvertently. I have also reset the phone to factory settings, but it still does not work. It does say on the phone that it is connected, but no websites load in the browser.

  Recently noticed that my icons settings in notification area are getting reset on system restart. For example I specify Skype icon to always show icon and notification. After I restart Windows - it's hidden again. It's not just for one specific icon, it's for all of them. Checking box "Always shows icons and notifications" works, and all icons appear, but this is not an option. Please help. Thanks.

  Anyone have any experience rebuilding OWA? I am under the impression that this KB contains the process http://support.microsoft.com/?ID=280823 under the section "Method 1: Reset the HighWaterMarks" I inherited an Exchange box that was never patched, and after getting up to date I'm getting some permissions issues. If anyone has any warnings about using the above process let me know. Alternatively, can I simply uninstall and reinstall OWA from the Exchange 2003 CD?

  I am using redhat-linux terminal to connect to a router device by means of 'telnet'. While the device boots, the characters are getting printed in garbage manner which is as follows, In terminal, If I click on the the menu 'Terminal'-- 'Reset', then it is getting changed to proper alphabetical. Is there any way available to prevent it ? I have tried setting the encoding of the terminal to UTF-8 from the menu options. But, still the same issue.

  I moved a large directory of Excel files to another machine. When I sign in as myself (administrator signing into domain) then the files open just fine, but when I sign in as a Power User directly onto the machine, the files open as 'Read-Only'.   It came with my Sony VAIO® VPCF133FX/H 16.4" Notebook. Ubuntu does suggest an NVIDIA driver for me, but when I install it, I cannot boot back in normally. I have to boot into a failsafe mode, then reset graphics setting to default, and reboot again. Right now I am stuck in 800 x 600 mode, but I would like to do better, and take advantage of my 1GB graphics memory :(. Please let me know if you have questions.
