    Hello, i've just downloaded Moodialog, a Mootools plugin for dialog, but i have a problem. If content is set via parameters it will be text and not html. Can you help me change the function to accept html?     I'm not sure whether this topics has been disscussed before or not, but I'm not sure the exact word to search for it. What method/class should I use? The program has 3 buttons: 1) for folder browsing, 2) scan for the selected folder content, and 3) open the file. When user browse the selected folder*(1), user click scan button to scan from the first file until the last available files and listed it text box(2)* and from that user can decide whether to open the files or not*(3)*.   • Android EditText within a ListView

    I have created a custom Array Adapter to bind a custom row that contains some static text and an editable EditText. I am trying to register to be notified when the user changes the text within the edit text and when notified to determine which ArrayList row the modified EditText corresponds to. In the past with other types of views such as a Spinner I could simply put a reference to the parent view and the row number into the tag for the Spinner view. And then when I was notified that the value changed I read the tag to determine how to correlate it back to the master ArrayList. The problem with registering to be notifed with an EditText change is that you do not get back a view but instead get a TextWatcher and I have no way to correlate back to the parent view or ArrayList row. What is the technique that you need to use in this circumstance?

    Is there a simple way in MS Word to get large quotation marks tightly round a paragraph of text, like you might see in print media to mark a quote? If you simply increase the font size of the quote character, it moves too far away from the text it's accompanying. Worse, the first and last lines start to detach from the rest of the paragraph.   • Runtime.exec causes duplicate JVM to hang indefinitely until killed (Solaris 10)

    All, We are running a J2EE application on WebLogic server 9.2 MP2 with a jrockit 64-bit JVM (27.3.1) on Solaris 10. We call use runtime.exec to call an executable called jfmerge to create PDF documents. We have found that in Solaris, when runtime.exec is called, a duplicate JVM is temporarily spawned to kick off the jfmerge process. While this is inefficient (our JVM is 5 GB, thus the duplicated shell JVM is also 5 GB), the major problem lies in the fact that when there is heavy load on this functionality (PDF generation) in our application, sometimes the duplicated JVM never exits. When the JVM hangs, the servers create large issues (extreme application slowness and terminated user sessions) as the entire duplicate JVM get's all of its 5 GB of process size written to disk swap.   • Where to split a string literal

    Every time I have to split a long string literal into two (or more) pieces, because it does not fit into a single line, I have to decide if I split the text before or after a space. For example: const char * long_text1 = "This is a long text, which does not fit " "in one line"; /* or */ const char * long_text2 = "This is a long text, which does not fit" " in one line"; I tend to use the first way, but I do not have a real reason for it. So I wonder is there any advantage to favor one of them? I know this questions tend to be coding style question, but that's not my intend. I only want to know if there is a convincing reason why one of those two ways might be preferable.

Using this LIBOMV text client, I am trying to record the update packets of that avatar and object that are being sent to my text client by the server. I get frequent update packets for the avatar as its velocity changes, but I do not get update packets for the object that frequently, although it has a changing velocity.   • Screen scraping C application without using OCR or DOM?

    We have a legacy system that is essentially a glorified telnet interface. We cannot use an alternative telnet client program to connect to the system since there are special features built into the client software they have provided us. I want to be able to screen scrape from this program, however that's proving very difficult. I have tried using WindowSpy and Spy++ to check the window text and it comes up blank. It's a custom C program written by the vendor (they have even disabled selecting text). I'm really looking for a free option and something I may perhaps be able to use in conjuction with a scripting language. It seems the only ways to grab text is directly from the Windows GDI or from memory, but that seems a little extreme. Can anyone recommend any software/DLLs that might be able to accomplish this? I'd be extremely appreciative.

But, sometimes if user replaces the whole content, the node and its HTML is lost. I want to retain this node and only the content is removed. The node can be a paragraph or heading or ul or ol. EDIT : I'm providing dummy text such as "Lorem epsum .....". User will be removing this dummy text and add his content. How can I accomplish this ?
