    I am looking to create a 301 redirect based purely on a query string see b OLD URL: olddomain.com/?pc=/product/9999 New URL: newurl.php?var=yup My normal way of doing this would be redirect 301 pc=/product/9999 newurl.php?var=yup But this time I am trying to match a URL that that only contains the domain and a query string... What is the best way of doing this? Thanks

  • Facebook require_login() in iFrame App

    Hi, I have serious problem with iframe application. I need to use many external JS libraries and other dynamic stuuf so FMBL application can't be done. When I call require_login() I get applicaition installing dialog when app is not already installed, which is ok. But then after authorization application enters an endless redirect loop with parameters like auth_token, installed and so. Yesterday I managed to fix this, but today it's broken again... What the heck is happening with FB? It's driving me crazy to find a sollution, none of ones found on net doesn't seem to be working.     What's the best way to create a model in Ruby on Rails that doesn't have an underlying implementation in as far as a database table goes? It's very common to write classes that perform behavior on a particular problem domain, yet can use some of the benefits that ActiveRecord has such as validation. Is it best to just create it as a module or helper? What is the best practice here?

  • Failure connecting to Dell MD3200i from XenServer 6.2 pool

    This question also asked at Citrix Forums http://forums.citrix.com/thread.jspa?threadID=332289 I have a MD3200i that is currently working fine with my Xen5.6 pool, but I cannot get a connection to the new 6.2 pool to work. I previously had a problem with a 6.0 upgrade (which is why the old pool is still on 5.6), but rolled back rather than fix it as it wasn't urgent at the time. This install is on new machines - I tried 6.1 first (which had the same problems) then 6.2 was released the second day after installation so I switched to that. I've not installed anything from the Dell resource DVD at this point - I can't find anything saying I should, and everything I have read suggests it shouldn't be necessary. I can ping all 8 ip addresses from both servers in the pool, iscsiadm -m discovery works fine, I can login to the nodes and iscsiadm reports the sessions active correctly. I've added the required sections to multipath.conf, but multipath -ll reports DM multipath kernel driver not loaded immediately after boot.   • Adobe AIR - file locked by air

    Hello I am downloading and storing files locally in the app storage domain. For some reason one of the files gets locked by air. I found this by looking at process explorer. If I clear the browser cache the file never gets locked, only if it attempts to download the file but it exists in browser cache does air lock the damn file. Please can you help? Neil

  • Recommendation for high performance WPF Chart

    We're working on a WPF-based desktop application that charts financial markets information (candlestick charts, overlayed indicator curves, volume, etc). The charts are displayed in real-time with responses to market ticks being shown in real-time (updating one to two times per second is probably a reasonable display refresh policy). We've been looking for a software package (commercial is fine by us) that has the capability of displaying these charts. Additionally, we'd like to have an approach that can render the initial amount of data in a reasonable timeframe (give or take 100-200ms from the time we hand the data over to a complete render on screen). Also we view multiple charts (5-10) simultaneously so a solution that chews up 50% of my CPU to display one chart really isn't going to work well. Has anyone had any good experiences with charting controls. We've had to hand roll the last few charts we've done and I'd prefer not to do it again. Solutions that can make use of the GPU to minimize CPU utilization would be nice as well.

    Hi i've tried the following to find the referrer in MSIE / IE7 and IE8 but its returning blank each time; PHP: <? echo $_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER']; ?> JAVASCRIPT: document.write('Thanks for visiting from ' + document.referrer); Does any know what the issue could be I'm referering using document.location from a page on another domain and work fine with all other browsers minus MSIE. Any help would be great!

    Using Sun Glassfish Enterprise server v2.1.1 I am using "alternatedocroot" via sun-web.xml for my web application to abstract out static content from actual deploy-able code (EAR/WAR) What I have is a cluster of two server instances distributed across two physical hosts - HOST1 and HOST2. "alternatedocroot" points to /data/static-content/ on both HOST1 and HOST2. Would DAS (Domain application server )take care of syncing /data/static-content between HOST1 and HOST2 if I use syncinstances=true option while starting up the cluster? Thanks!

    I have just installed a new ssl certificate on GlassFish 3. I also changed all references to s1as to a new certificate alias in config/domain.xml. Everything seems to work fine, but I wonder if I have to change all "s1as" entries in config/sun-acc.xml, wss-server-config-1.0.xml,wss-server-config-2.0.xml as well ? Do settings in these files affect anything ? Thanks in advance.

    Our smart-client application is deployed using the ClickOnce. Our production site is hosted on 2 separate web servers, and they are pointed from the same domain-name (for load-balancing). Here is what we do when we push updates to the production. In VS, publish the smart-client application into a localhost directory Copy/Paste the directory to the webservers The deployment address from VS is localhost while it is being used in some other production website. Is that a proper way to deploy smart-client applications?

    I'm running the tfs upgrade wizard (from RC to RTM). On reaching the Readiness Checks I'm getting an error on the 'Configuration Database' : [ Configuration Database ] TF255440: The following account has a SQL Server login, but the login was denied access: DOMAIN\User. The server selected to host the databases for Team Foundation Server is: MYSERVER. The SQL Server login associated with the user account must be granted access to the SQL Server instance on that server. I've tried changing user mappings and roles but so far no joy.

    How do you manually activate a user? I am stuck. I have a hosted app, but no mail server yet because I am waiting for a domain name to be transferred to a new registrar. Meanwhile, the site is in a preview mode and it works fine, but remember elgg sends an email and requires new users to confirm via email. For now, I just want to manually activate a couple of users (admin, and some other guest).

    I do have a rather large task to do: I need to convert a folder in my gmail with lots of tagged messages either as a large PDF (which Adobe Acrobat does on Outlook - Except the latter crashes while loading this mailbox) or as a individual PDF (which I plan to link on a Wiki Database) While it doesn't fully need to be in PDF (as long as I can, say, outsource to someone else to convert each .eml file as a .pdf file), I need to have them splitted so I could cross-reference them on a Wiki. What would you suggest to accomplish this task? Thank you.

    I am writing silverlight 3 application which is working on network. It works like client-server application. There is WinForm application for server and silverlight application for client. I use TcpListener on server and connect from client to it with Socket. In local network it works fine, but when I try to use it from internet it don't connect to server. I use IP address on local network and real IP with port number for internet version. I get error 10013 AccessDenied. Port number is correct and access policy exist. Firewall is turned of. Where is the problem? Thanks.

    Hello: I am designing a report that will be used in local mode (an RDLC file) in a Winform app. I have a custom assembly with a static class that has some functions that I want to use inside of the report (as expressions). I have found all sorts of help for doing this with RDL reports, but I'm running into a permissions problem with my RDLC report. I get the following error at runtime: "The report references the code module (my module), which is not a trusted assembly". I know that this is some kind of a code security issue, but I'm not sure what to do to fix it. The documentation that I have seen online is aimed at RDL reports, and it instructs me to edit a SQL Server-specific policy file. I'm using RDLC, so there is no sql server involved. What do I need to do to acquire the appropriate permissions?

    I am doing LAMP development for a mobile platform. However, the client browser does not allow me to view the source code of visited pages. I consider the source code to be of huge importance for debugging, so I would like to configure my web server so every time a user makes a request, in addition to sending the client a response, that response (the actual contents of the returned page) is also stored in a file with a filename I can cross-relate with access_log (maybe ip-timestamp-filename? or maybe a unique ID in an additional column in access_log?). I've searched quite a bit, but haven't even gotten close to finding what I'm looking for. Has anybody been able to do this?
