    I am new to android development. I created a listview with textbox and checkbox. When I check the checkbox and scroll it down to check some other items in the list view, the older ones are unchecked. How to avoid this problem in listview? Please guide me with my code.   • Windows 7 64 / Visual Studio 2008 / OpenCV2.1 error: "The application was unable to start correctly

    Hey all, I'm building OpenCV2.1 from top of branch in 64 bit mode, when I link the libraries against my code (that works in 32 bit mode on XP), I get the dialog: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002) Click OK to close the application" When I start the application. The event viewer is pointing at one of the OpenCV dll's & says it's a Side-by-Side error, but I'm definitely building OpenCV & my code as a 64 bit compile, and there are no errors during that process. I've tried fiddling with the /MTd options & it doesn't help. Some (almost) related questions have suggested installing the VS2008 redistributable package, but I'm building using vs2008 pro, that seems like madness? Is it still necessary to install the package in my case? Any help, including the cause of these side-by-side errors, would be appreciated. James

  • Objective-C NSMutableArray Count Causes EXC_BAD_ACCESS

    I've been stuck on this for days and each time I come back to it I keep making my code more and more confusing to myself, lol. Here's what I'm trying to do. I have table list of charges, I tap on one and brings up a model view with charge details. Now when the model is presented a object is created to fetch a XML list of users and parses it and returns a NSMutableArray via a custom delegate. I then have a button that presents a picker popover, when the popover view is called the user array is used in an initWithArray call to the popover view. I know the data in the array is right, but when [pickerUsers count] is called I get an EXC_BAD_ACCESS. I assume it's a memory/ownership issue but nothing seems to help. Any help would be appreciated.   • Exchange 2010 setup /prepareAD fails to run

    I've tried installing Exchange 2010 on Windows Server 2008 R2 (only domain controller and all-in-one system). I did setup.exe /prepareAD, setup /prepareSchema and it worked fine the first time I did it. Unfortunately due to problem with Hub Transport installation related to (at least from what I've read) IPv6 being disabled (some say disabling it helped them while some enabling helped them). I did it the proper way by using registry entry to disable IPv6 but it still errored out. So i managed to uninstall everything (renamed some old entries in registry of failed Hub Transport roles and tried to reinstal Exchange after rebooting server.     Hi everyone, I'm having a trouble making a re-sizable rectangle for cropping my images. I'm trying to achieve something like this picture: http://img192.imageshack.us/img192/8930/customcropbox.jpg Well, the only problem is I have no clue where to actually start. I need some advice to how I can achieve this effect of cropping. What documentation should I read up on? Core Graphics or Quartz 2d? Both? I've been coding for the iPhone since it's release date but I've never actually used core graphics and etc. Any help or advice would be much appreciated. I'll throw my code up here as I progress to show how it's done when I achieve it. :-) Also, this rectangular box is moveable across the screen in a UIImageView which just makes it more interesting.     I've been pretty happy with my G1 thus far, but I turned it on this morning and it gave me a screen showing multicolored bars and the following text: DREA100 PVT 32B HBOOT-0.95.0000 CPLD-4 RADIO-2.22.19.261 Sep 2 2008 Later down it says "Serial0". Please help me, I don't want to wipe my phone and lose my data on it! I haven't rooted it and have no interest in rooting it. I got Cupcake over the wire, not via hacking.

    I am consuming (or trying to consume) a WebSphere service from a WCF client (service reference + bindings generated through svcutil). Connection seems to be established successfully but I am getting the following error: CWWSS7200E: Unable to create AxisService from ServiceEndpointAddress [address] Rings any bell? I am guessing the request format is somehow being rejected by the service, I am sniffing it with fiddler and it looks fine overall (can post if ppl think it could help). Found this article, but it doesn't seem to apply to my case. Any help appreciated!

    Require urgent help!:( i m developing a game and i m dealing with around 20 images at the same time. As per my knowledge, i m allocating and deallocating the images at right places.   • How to convert DATETIME to FILETIME value in T-SQL?

    I need to convert a SQL Server DATETIME value to FILETIME in a T-SQL SELECT statement (on SQL Server 2000). Is there a built-in function to do this? If not, can someone help me figure out how to implement this conversion routine as a UDF (or just plain Transact-SQL)? Here is what I know: FILETIME is 64-bit value representing the number of 100-nanosecond intervals since January 1, 1601 (UTC) (per MSDN: FILETIME Structure). SQL Server time era starts on 1900-01-01 00:00:00 (per SELECT CAST(0 as DATETIME). I found several examples showing how to convert FILETIME values to T-SQL DATETIME (I'm not 100% sure they are accurate, though), but could not find anything about reverse conversion. Even the general idea (or algorithm) would help.
