• javax.servlet.ServletException: WriteText method cannot write null text

- by Learner
I have created a Web application using JSF+Icefaces+Richfaces+Primefaces. It is working great while I run it from eclipse as a project but When I created its WAR file and deployed in GlassFish Server then while rendering a page it is throwing this exception javax.servlet.ServletException: WriteText method cannot write null text I searched but didn't get any good solution.A quick help is highly appreciated Edit:1 I think this would be the relevant part for this <li class="page_item" id="liMasterSearch"> <!-- this is for hide (<li class="page_item hide" id="liMasterSearch"> applied to every class) --> <h:commandLink value="Search" action="#{masterRenderBean.showSimpleSearch}"></h:commandLink> </li> <li class="page_item" id="liAdvanceSearch"> <h:commandLink value="Advance Search" action="#{masterRenderBean.showADVS}"></h:commandLink> </li> Here you can see two links (1) Search and (2) Advance Search when I click on Search , It shows search page (By rendering-Actually I have included all pages in masterpage and render them on commandlink functions) <h:panelGroup rendered="#{not masterRenderBean.simpleSearch}"> <ui:include src="../../WebPages/SearchPages/MasterSearch.xhtml"></ui:include> </h:panelGroup> But When I click on Advance Search link (on which this part should render) <h:panelGroup rendered="#{not masterRenderBean.advs}"> <ui:include src="../../WebPages/SearchPages/PersonalAdvanceSearch.xhtml"/> </h:panelGroup> The browser show the above exception. NOTE: Keep in mind that this problem is occurring in deploying. It is not coming in actual application when I run it from eclipse from code EDIT:2 I found in server logs that this exception is coming due to acefaces and this portion of code <ace:autoCompleteEntry id="txtplaceofbirth" rows="10" autocomplete="false" minChars="2" width="150" value="#{inputPersonal.selectedplcofBirth}" filterMatchMode="none" valueChangeListener="#{inputPersonal.valueChangeEventCity}"> <f:selectItems value="#{inputPersonal.cities}"/> </ace:autoCompleteEntry></h:outputFormat> is messing up.Any idea Why this is hapening? Edit #3: Here is the full tack trace of exception [#|2012-11-19T09:55:48.026+0500|SEVERE|glassfish3.1.2|javax.enterprise.system.std.com.sun.enterprise.server.logging|_ThreadID=53;_ThreadName=Thread-2;|java.lang.NullPointerException: WriteText method cannot write null text at org.icefaces.impl.context.DOMResponseWriter.writeText(DOMResponseWriter.java:314) at org.icefaces.impl.context.DOMResponseWriter.writeText(DOMResponseWriter.java:340) at com.sun.faces.renderkit.html_basic.OutputMessageRenderer.encodeEnd(OutputMessageRenderer.java:163) at javax.faces.component.UIComponentBase.encodeEnd(UIComponentBase.java:875) at javax.faces.component.UIComponent.encodeAll(UIComponent.java:1764) at javax.faces.render.Renderer.encodeChildren(Renderer.java:168) at org.icefaces.impl.renderkit.RendererWrapper.encodeChildren(RendererWrapper.java:49) at javax.faces.component.UIComponentBase.encodeChildren(UIComponentBase.java:845) at com.sun.faces.renderkit.html_basic.HtmlBasicRenderer.encodeRecursive(HtmlBasicRenderer.java:304) at com.sun.faces.renderkit.html_basic.GroupRenderer.encodeChildren(GroupRenderer.java:105) at javax.faces.component.UIComponentBase.encodeChildren(UIComponentBase.java:845) at javax.faces.component.UIComponent.encodeAll(UIComponent.java:1757) at javax.faces.render.Renderer.encodeChildren(Renderer.java:168) at org.icefaces.impl.renderkit.RendererWrapper.encodeChildren(RendererWrapper.java:49) at javax.faces.component.UIComponentBase.encodeChildren(UIComponentBase.java:845) at javax.faces.component.UIComponent.encodeAll(UIComponent.java:1757) at javax.faces.component.UIComponent.encodeAll(UIComponent.java:1760) at org.icefaces.impl.context.DOMPartialViewContext.processPartial(DOMPartialViewContext.java:142) at javax.faces.component.UIViewRoot.encodeChildren(UIViewRoot.java:981) at javax.faces.component.UIComponent.encodeAll(UIComponent.java:1757) at com.sun.faces.application.view.FaceletViewHandlingStrategy.renderView(FaceletViewHandlingStrategy.java:391) at com.sun.faces.application.view.MultiViewHandler.renderView(MultiViewHandler.java:131) at javax.faces.application.ViewHandlerWrapper.renderView(ViewHandlerWrapper.java:288) at com.sun.faces.lifecycle.RenderResponsePhase.execute(RenderResponsePhase.java:121) at com.sun.faces.lifecycle.Phase.doPhase(Phase.java:101) at com.sun.faces.lifecycle.LifecycleImpl.render(LifecycleImpl.java:139) at javax.faces.webapp.FacesServlet.service(FacesServlet.java:594) at org.apache.catalina.core.StandardWrapper.service(StandardWrapper.java:1542) at org.apache.catalina.core.StandardWrapperValve.invoke(StandardWrapperValve.java:281) at org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContextValve.invoke(StandardContextValve.java:175) at org.apache.catalina.core.StandardPipeline.doInvoke(StandardPipeline.java:655) at org.apache.catalina.core.StandardPipeline.invoke(StandardPipeline.java:595) at org.apache.catalina.core.StandardHostValve.invoke(StandardHostValve.java:161) at org.apache.catalina.connector.CoyoteAdapter.doService(CoyoteAdapter.java:331) at org.apache.catalina.connector.CoyoteAdapter.service(CoyoteAdapter.java:231) at com.sun.enterprise.v3.services.impl.ContainerMapper$AdapterCallable.call(ContainerMapper.java:317) at com.sun.enterprise.v3.services.impl.ContainerMapper.service(ContainerMapper.java:195) at com.sun.grizzly.http.ProcessorTask.invokeAdapter(ProcessorTask.java:849) at com.sun.grizzly.http.ProcessorTask.doProcess(ProcessorTask.java:746) at com.sun.grizzly.http.ProcessorTask.process(ProcessorTask.java:1045) at com.sun.grizzly.http.DefaultProtocolFilter.execute(DefaultProtocolFilter.java:228) at com.sun.grizzly.DefaultProtocolChain.executeProtocolFilter(DefaultProtocolChain.java:137) at com.sun.grizzly.DefaultProtocolChain.execute(DefaultProtocolChain.java:104) at com.sun.grizzly.DefaultProtocolChain.execute(DefaultProtocolChain.java:90) at com.sun.grizzly.http.HttpProtocolChain.execute(HttpProtocolChain.java:79) at com.sun.grizzly.ProtocolChainContextTask.doCall(ProtocolChainContextTask.java:54) at com.sun.grizzly.SelectionKeyContextTask.call(SelectionKeyContextTask.java:59) at com.sun.grizzly.ContextTask.run(ContextTask.java:71) at com.sun.grizzly.util.AbstractThreadPool$Worker.doWork(AbstractThreadPool.java:532) at com.sun.grizzly.util.AbstractThreadPool$Worker.run(AbstractThreadPool.java:513) at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:722) |#]

• Circular Reference for Parent Link on Work Item cannot be resolved by Retry

- by Atters
I receive the following error; OH-TFS-Connector-0051: Operation failed getCollectionMetaData. Server Error : TF201063: Adding a Parent link to work item 1737 would result in a circular relationship. To create this link, evaluate the existing links, and remove one of the other links in the cycle. I have completely flattened out the Work Items in the source project. When retrying the migration the timestamp is modified on the pending errors however the issues are not resolved. These Work Items now have no parents or children in the source project. So I'm wondering if the retry list is no longer valid but there doesn't appear to be a away to have it update? I can run the whole migration again, however it takes 5-7 hours to just do the work items so it would be great if there is a quick fix.

• How can I cover up a <div>'s border with another <div>?

- by Leftium
I am trying to move GCLI's input from the bottom of the page to the top. However, I can't get it to look quite right. Why can't I get the .gcli-panel-connector <div> to cover up the .gcli-tt <div>'s border? I think it has something to do with the z-index. Please compare these two live demos: Original code where the input is at the bottom and the border is properly covered Altered code where the input is at the top, but the border is not covered as desired

• Creating seed model from data already in DB

- by Nick Brown
Is there a way to convert data in an existing database into objects that can easily be put into a seed method? Essentially I'd like to let some people add lines to my DB via a form and then convert that into an object that I can re-seed the DB anytime I need to make changes. The database itself is created via code-first using the following model: public class Combo { public int Id { get; set; } public string MainPrefix { get; set; } public string MainDescriptor { get; set; } public string MainDish { get; set; } public string Connector { get; set; } public string SecondaryDescriptor { get; set; } public string SecondaryDish { get; set; } }

• I can't use achiva as a proxy of my remote repository

- by user1553915
I want to install Achiva to manage my Maven repositories. I add a new internal repository called "public" and a new remote repository, which is my company's repository. Then I configure the proxy connector to let the repository "public" to be a proxy of the remote one. But When I enter the address "http://localhost:8084/archiva/repository/public/.../....pom" in the web brower, error occurred "Unable to fetch artifact resource". However, if I replace the remote repository with another one such as "http://repository.codehaus.org/", the proxy works. I don't know why this happens, are there something wrong with my remote repository address?

• Tomcat SSL Configuration

- by bdares
I received a SSL cert to use for a Tomcat 6.0 server, ready to use. I configured Tomcat to use it with the following in server.xml: <Connector port="8443" maxThreads="200" scheme="https" secure="true" SSLEnabled="true" keystoreFile="C:\Tomcat 6.0\ssl\cert" keystorePass="*****" clientAuth="false" sslProtocol="TLS"/> I started Tomcat using the command prompt so I could see any error message as they happened. There were none. The results for accessing different URLS: http://localhost - normal page loads fine https://localhost - browser claims page cannot be found https://localhost:8443 - page cannot be found http://localhost:8443 - offers a certificate, after accepted redirects to https://localhost (I suspect the https:// urls initially offer the certificate which is automatically accepted by the browser, as it was issued by Verisign) How to fix? Edit: I've also tried port="443". Same result.

• getHeaderField("WWW-Authenticate") giving improper value in J2ME

- by kehers
I'm building a client for an api that uses http digest access authentication for authentication. I have studied the rfc to know the setup the required response headers and this works well on my emulator. Problem however is when I test on my phone (nokia E5), I found out that getting the www-authenticate header from the returned headers doesnt get the full value
// c = (HttpConnection) Connector.open(url) and other declarations String digest = c.getHeaderField("WWW-Authenticate"); System.out.println(digest); // gives only: Digest //no realm, qop and others
I'm I doing something wrong or it is from the phone? What are my other options?

• SQL Authority News – Download Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Feature Pack and Microsoft SQL Server Developer’s Edition

- by Pinal Dave
Yesterday I attended the SQL Server Community Launch in Bangalore and presented on Performing an effective Presentation. It was a fun presentation and people very well received it. No matter on what subject, I present, I always end up talking about SQL. Here are two of the questions I had received during the event. Q1) I want to install SQL Server on my development server, where can we get it for free or at an economical price (I do not have MSDN)? A1) If you are not going to use your server in a production environment, you can just get SQL Server Developer’s Edition and you can read more about it over here. Here is another favorite question which I keep on receiving it during the event. Q2) I already have SQL Server installed on my machine, what are different feature pack should I install and where can I get them from. A2) Just download and install Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Service Pack. Here is the link for downloading it. The Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Feature Pack is a collection of stand-alone packages which provide additional value for Microsoft SQL Server. It includes tool and components for Microsoft SQL Server 2014 and add-on providers for Microsoft SQL Server 2014. • 3 tier architecture in objective-c

- by hba
I just finished reading the objective-c developer handbook from apple. So I pretty much know everything that there is to know about objective-c (hee hee hee). I was wondering how do I go about designing a 3-tier application in objective-c. The 3-tiers being a front-end application in Cocoa, a middle-tier in pure objective-c and a back-end (data access also in objective-c and mysql db). I'm not really interested in discussing why I'd need a 3-tier architecture, I'd like to narrow the discussion to the 'how'. For example, can I have 3 separate x-code projects one for each tier? If so how would I link the projects together. In java, I can export each tier as a jar file and form the proper associations.

• How To Rip a Music CD in Windows 7 Media Center

- by DigitalGeekery
If you’re a Media Center user, you already know that it can play and manage your digital music collection. But, did you know you can also rip a music CD in Windows 7 Media Center and have it automatically added to your music library? Rip a CD in Windows 7 Media Center Place your CD into your optical drive. From within Windows Media Center, open the Music Library and select the CD. If you haven’t previously ripped a CD in Windows 7 with either Windows Media Center or Windows Media Player, you’ll be prompted to select whether or not you’d like to add copy protection. Click Next. By default, your CD will be ripped to .WMA format. The rip settings for Windows Media Center are pulled from Windows Media Player. So to change the rip settings, we’ll need to do so in Media Player. Click Finish. From within Windows Media Player, click on Tools from Menu bar, and select Options. If you are new to Windows Media Player 12, check out our beginner’s guide on how to manage your music with WMP 12. Select the Rip Music tab and choose your output format from the Format drop down list. You can also select the Audio quality (bit rate) by moving the slider bar under Audio quality. Click OK when you are finished.   Now, you are ready to rip your CD. Click on Rip CD. Click Yes to confirm you want to rip the CD. You can follow the progress as each track is being converted.    When the CD is finished you’re ready to start enjoying your music any time you wish in Windows 7 Media Center. Looking for some more tasks you can perform in Media Center with just a remote? Check out our earlier post on how to crop, edit, and print photos in Windows Media Center. • How To Personalize the Windows Command Prompt

- by Matthew Guay
Command line interfaces can be downright boring, and always seem to miss out on the fresh coats of paint liberally applied to the rest of Windows.  Here’s how to add a splash of color to Command Prompt and make it unique. By default, Windows Command Prompt is white text on a black background. It get’s the job done, but maybe you want to add some color to it.   To get an overview of what we can do with the color command, let’s enter: color /? So, to get the color you want, enter color then the option for the background color followed by the font color.  For example, let’s make an old-fashioned green on black look by entering: color 02   There are a bunch of different combinations you can do, like this black background with red text. color 04 You can’t mess it up too much.  The color command won’t let you set both the font and the background to the same color, which would make it unreadable.  Also, if you want to get back to the default settings, just enter: color Now we’re back to plain-old black and white. Personalize Command Prompt Without Commands If you’d prefer to change the color without entering commands, just click on the Command Prompt icon in the top left corner of the window and select Properties. Select the Colors tab, and then choose the color you want for the screen text and background.  You can also enter your own RGB color combination if you want.   Here we entered the RGB values to get a purple background color like Ubuntu 10.04. Back in the Properties dialog, you can also change your Command Prompt font from the font tab.  Choose any font you want, as long as the one you want is one of the three listed here. Customizations you make via the Properties dialog are saved and will be used any time you open Command Prompt, but any customizations you make with the Color command are only for that session. Conclusion Whether you want to make your command prompt bright enough to cause a sunburn or old-style enough to scare a mainframe operator, with these settings, you can make Command Prompt a bit more unique.   Similar Articles Productive Geek Tips Use "Command Prompt Here" in Windows VistaVerify the Integrity of Windows Vista System FilesKeyboard Ninja: Scrolling the Windows Command Prompt With Only the KeyboardRun a Command as Administrator from the Windows 7 / Vista Run boxStart an Application Assigned to a Specific CPU in Windows Vista TouchFreeze Alternative in AutoHotkey The Icy Undertow Desktop Windows Home Server – Backup to LAN The Clear & Clean Desktop Use This Bookmarklet to Easily Get Albums Use AutoHotkey to Assign a Hotkey to a Specific Window Latest Software Reviews Tinyhacker Random Tips DVDFab 6 Revo Uninstaller Pro Registry Mechanic 9 for Windows PC Tools Internet Security Suite 2010 How to Add Exceptions to the Windows Firewall Office 2010 reviewed in depth by Ed Bott FoxClocks adds World Times in your Statusbar (Firefox) Have Fun Editing Photo Editing with Citrify Outlook Connector Upgrade Error Gadfly is a cool Twitter/Silverlight app

• Introducing AutoVue Document Print Service

- by celine.beck
We recently announced the availability of our new AutoVue Document Print Service products. For more information, please read the article entitled Print Any Document Type with AutoVue Document Print Services that was posted on our blog. The AutoVue Document Print Service products help address a trivial, yet very common challenge: printing and batch printing documents. The AutoVue Document Print Service is a Web-Services based interface, which allows developers to complement their print server solutions by leveraging AutoVue's printing capabilities within broader enterprise applications like Asset Lifecycle Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Content Management solutions, etc. This means that you can leverage the AutoVue Document Print Service products as part of your printing solution to automate the printing of virtually any document type required in any business process. Clients that consume AutoVue's Document Print Service can be written in any language (for example Java or .NET) as long as they understand Web Services Description Language (WSDL) and communicate using Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP). The print solution consists of three main components, as described in the diagram below: a print server (not included in the AutoVue Document Print Service offering) that will interact with your application to identify the files that need to be printed, the printer to send each file, as well as the print options needed for each file (paper size, page orientation, etc), and collate the print job requests. The print server will also take care of calling the AutoVue Document Print Service to perform the actual printing. The AutoVue Document Print Services send files to a printer for printing. The AutoVue Document Print Service products leverage AutoVue's format- and platform agnostic technology to let you print/batch virtually any type of files, without requiring the authoring application installed on your machine. and Printers As shown above, you can trigger printing from your application either programmatically through automated business processes or manually through human interaction. If documents that need to be printed from your application are stored inside a content repository/Document Management System (DMS) such as Oracle Universal Content Management System (UCM), then the Print Server will need to identify the list of documents and pass the ID of each document to the AutoVue DPS to print. In this case, AutoVue DPS leverages the AutoVue VueLink integration (note: AutoVue VueLink integrations are pre-packaged AutoVue integrations with most common enterprise systems. Check our Website for more information on the subject) to fetch documents out of the document management system for printing. In lieu of the AutoVue VueLink integration, you can also leverage the AutoVue Integration Software Development Kit (iSDK) to build your own connector. If the documents you need to print from your application are not stored in a content management system, the Print Server will need to ensure that files are made available to the AutoVue Document Print Service. The Print Server could for example fetch the files out of your application or an extension to the application could be developed to fetch the files and make them available to the AutoVue DPS. More information on methods to pass on file information to the AutoVue Document Print Service products can be found in the AutoVue Document Print Service Overview documentation available on the Oracle Technology Network. • Debugging OWB generated SAP ABAP code executed through RFC

- by Anil Menon
Within OWB if you need to execute ABAP code using RFC you will have to use the SAP Function Module RFC_ABAP_INSTALL_AND_RUN. This function module is specified during the creation of the SAP source location. Usually in a Production environment a copy of this function module is used due to security restrictions. When you execute the mapping by using this Function Module you can’t see the actual ABAP code that is passed on to the SAP system. In case you want to take a look at the code that will be executed on the SAP system you need to use a custom Function Module in SAP. The easiest way to do this is to make a copy of the Function Module RFC_ABAP_INSTALL_AND_RUN and call it say Z_TEST_FM. Then edit the code of the Function Module in SAP as below FUNCTION Z_TEST_FM . DATA: BEGIN OF listobj OCCURS 20. INCLUDE STRUCTURE abaplist. DATA: END OF listobj. DATA: begin_of_line(72). DATA: line_end_char(1). DATA: line_length type I. DATA: lin(72). loop at program. append program-line to WRITES. endloop. ENDFUNCTION. Within OWB edit the SAP Location and use Z_TEST_FM as the “Execution Function Module” instead of  RFC_ABAP_INSTALL_AND_RUN. Then register this location. The Mapping you want to debug will have to be deployed. After deployment you can right click the mapping and click on “Start”.   After clicking start the “Input Parameters” screen will be displayed. You can make changes here if you need to. Check that the parameter BACKGROUND is set to “TRUE”. After Clicking “OK” the log for the execution will be displayed. The execution of Mappings will always fail when you use the above function module. Clicking on the icon “I” (information) the ABAP code will be displayed.   The ABAP code displayed is the code that is passed through the Function Module. You can also find the code by going through the log files on the server which hosts the OWB repository. The logs will be located under <OWB_HOME>/owb/log. Patch #12951045 is recommended while using the SAP Connector with OWB 11.2.0.2. For recommended patches for other releases please check with Oracle Support at http://support.oracle.com

• What is the best database design and/or software to model a thesaurus?

- by Miles O'Keefe
I would like to design a web app that functions as a simple thesaurus : a long list of words with attributes, all of which are linked to each other. Wikipedia defines it as: In Information Science, Library Science, and Information Technology, specialized thesauri are designed for information retrieval. They are a type of controlled vocabulary, for indexing or tagging purposes. Such a thesaurus can be used as the basis of an index for online material. The Art and Architecture Thesaurus, for example, is used to index the Canadian Information retrieval thesauri are formally organized so that existing relationships between concepts are made explicit. What database software, design or model would best fit this? Are PHP and MySQL good technologies to handle it?

Waiting on this book to arrive and see what goodies are inside, I'll blog a review later. The book can be found at Oracle Data Integrator 11g – A Hands-On Tutorial Looking at the table of contents, it looks like it gives a good broad introduction (including various data formats) to the product; Chapter 1: Product Overview Chapter 2: Product Installation Chapter 3: Using Variables Chapter 4: ODI Sources, Targets, and Knowledge Modules Chapter 5: Working with Databases Chapter 6: Working with MySQL Chapter 7: Working with Microsoft SQL Server Chapter 8: Integrating File Data Chapter 9: Working with XML Files Chapter 10: Creating Workflows—Packages and Load Plans Chapter 11: Error Management Chapter 12: Managing and Monitoring ODI Components Chapter 13: Concluding Remarks Looking forward to it.

• list of things to think about for hosting a potentially high traffic website

- by SpashHit
I do my own hosting for a few clients on my own VPS server (Lindode). Since my clients so far have been extremely low traffic, I have not had to really dig into some of the considerations that I would need for a higher traffic site. Now I am bidding on a client whose site will be potentially higher (not Facebook or twitter, but higher than Joe's ice cream shop). Is there a list of things I need to think about that I may be missing? I am going to assume, at least at first, that I will be able to handle them on my shared Linode, but I could move to a dedicated Linode if need be. I am not thinking so far of multiple servers, but short of that there are still considerations. For example, mod_perl instead of straight CGI, better backups, etc. What else? In case it matters, the stack will be debian-linux / apache / Perl / mysql / Template Toolkit.

Possible Duplicate: My Sites Were Hacked. What To Do? A few of my joomla sites were hacked. After I became aware of this, I did these things: Changed hosting passwords (mysql, ftp, control panel) Renamed joomla admin user name to "admin" in users table (Hacker had changed the user name how?) Upgraded joomla latest Added php.ini root directory of host. Disabled cgi access But the site is still hacked. I checked up on the index.php file and owerwrite original index.php but the site is still hacked. How is this possible?

• Help to setup networking in Virtualbox Ubuntu Guest from Windows vista Host

- by Ramesh Vel
Hi, I am trying to access the MYSQL installed inside the Ubuntu Guest (In VirtualBox) from my Windows vista Host. It always says not able to find the given IP in the network. I have tried ping the ubuntu virtual machine, but it was not working. So i believe root cause for this is, some bridging between Host & Guest is not enabled. Since i am very new to Ubuntu, am not able to troubleshoot this. Can someone help me out? Cheers

Possible Duplicate: How to find web hosting that meets my requirements? I'm looking for not too expensive quality shared hosting with "good" support (responsive, I don't ask for in the minute replies hehe). Here are the features that I need/I'd like to have: Plesk Panel (optional and would be awesome) 10+ MSSQL Databases 10+ Domain names 10+ Emails account (with forwarding/catch-all) 1000MB+ Disk size 50GB+ Bandwidth ASP.NET MVC 3 support Web Deploy support (important) PHP/MySQL support (optional) I tried some good web hosts but never stumble on a very good one. I liked Arvixe and Softsys but I'd like to know some others companies too just to explore. Thank you very much!

• simple method to install a mail server

- by oli
I am looking for a simple way to install a mail server on my Ubuntu server. I would like to be able to receive and send emails though a webmail (e.g. roundcube). I have a domain name. The web server already works without any problem. When I googled "simple method to install mail server on Ubuntu", I arrive on blogs with literally hundreds of steps to install a mail server: A Mailserver on Ubuntu 12.04: Postfix, Dovecot, MySQL Creating a Mail Server on Ubuntu Postfix But, for sure I will make a mistake, if I follow those tutorials, and it will be very very time consuming. Most of the steps look very easy to automate, though. I've try several install methods: sudo apt-get install dovecot-postfix sudo tasksel install mail-server But from there, I have no idea how to add email accounts, and test if it actually works. Do you know if there is an automated way to install a mail server?
