    I have placed the facebook "like" and some other social bookmarking websites link on my blog, such as Google Buzz, Digg, Twitter, etc. I just noticed that it takes a while to load my blog page as it need to load the data from the social networking sites (such as number of likes etc). How can I place the links efficiently so that first my blog content loads, and meanwhile it loads data from these websites -- in other words, these sharing widgets should not hang my blog page while waiting for data from external sites?

It becomes more visible when we apply the commented border. In other words, is there a way to tell the browser that I want every single <li> element to be autonomic, and thus to move it to the next row if it doesn't fit entirely in the previous one? Can't wait to see the solution, thanks in advance.

    I want to do an A B test of an entire site for a new design and UX with only slight changes in content (a big brand site that has good Google rankings for many generic keywords. My idea of implementation is doing a 302 redirect to the new version (placing it on www1 subdomain) and allowing only user agents of known browsers to pass. The test version will have disallow all in the robots text. Will Google treat this favorably or do I have to use Google Website Optimizer (which will give me tracking headaches)?

Unfortunately, right click on small directories on the side pane does not allow to change its properties (such as icon).     Are there any harms if my site send NOINDEX headers for all my static assets? For image files, I refer to those valueless, e.g. background images, button images, etc. Update: more background information I have this concern is since recent Google said they also execute JS and they might fetch content via Ajax. So, for example, if I send noindex for my jQuery script, so Google would not be able to use them to load Ajax, I suppose it is not good for my site's SEO, right?

    I have a blog http://foo.tumblr.com. I sometimes go to Site Content - All Pages on Google Analytics and then navigate to page listing and then click the icon to take me to that page on my blog. However, instead of opening http://foo.tumblr.com/post/1234/blah.html Google Analytics is opening http://foo.tumblr.com//post/1234/blah.html (i.e., it is adding a second slash between the domain the page specific component of the URL). How can I stop Google Analytics from doing this?
