    What I am trying to do is to get from SqlAlchemy entity definition all it's Column()'s, determine their types and constraints, to be able to pre-validate, convert data and display custom forms to user. How can I introspect it?   • R: How to write out a data.frame so that I can paste it into SO for others to read?

    I have a large data.frame displaying some weird properties when plotted. I'd like to ask a question about it on Stackoverflow, to do that I'd like to write the data.frame out in a form that I can paste it into SO and somebody else can easily run it and have it back into a data.frame object again. Is there an easy way to accomplish this? Also, if it is really long, should I use paste bin instead of directly paste it here?

  • Localized Android app without using "res" folder. Is there a downside?

    I am developing a game with Unity 3D and want to use custom code to get strings in the various languages I will be supporting. I've read articles about using the Android "res/values-xx/" directories (such as this page: http://developer.android.com/training/basics/supporting-devices/languages.html). If I do not store my translated strings in this way is there a downside? My main concern is whether the Google Play store may not know what languages my app is localized for.

    Trying to optimize my MUI 2 NSIS setup in which I do some ExecWait calls in the .onInstSuccess callback function, I was searching through the documentation to find a callback that is called: after the files are all copied -and- before the wizard page is being switched from the file copy page to the finish page. Unfortunately, I found no such callback. Therefore my question is: Is it possible to do some custom processing after the files are copied and before the wizard page is being switched away from the file copy page?

    Can you help me with my problem regarding iframe because whenever the iframe is scrolled till end, and the user clicks a control inside the page within iframe, and page content is on the top of the page, the user needs to scroll up the Iframe just to see the content. Are there any properties that I can set or code that I can do so that the Iframe scrollbar goes back to top whenever an event is triggered inside the form??

  • Put objects which are decorated with [DataContract] into a StateServer?

    Is there anyway to stick objects which are decorated with DataContract attributes but not decorated with Serializable attributes in to a SqlServer StateServer? In other words, I would prefer not having to decorate these objects with the Serializable attribute as I will also have to implement IXmlSerizable on all of these objects because they do not have empty contstructors, and non-public setters for properties.

    Anyone have a suggestion for a good utility class that maps values from one object to another? I want a utility class that uses reflection and takes two objects and copies values from the 1st object to the second if there is a public property with the same name. I have two entities that are generated from a web service proxy, so I can't change the parent class or impliment an interface or anything like that. But I know that the two objects have the same public properties.

    I'm trying to map my skills and responsibilities profile sections to one of the custom properties in Active Directory (extensionattribute1 , 2, etc). I'm entering comma seperated values in AD and it's importing the values fine but sees the comma seperated values as one value on import. i.e. 'C#,asp.net,javascript' rather than 'C#', 'asp.net', 'Javascript'. Any ideas. I'm almost there it's just not spliting the values correctly on import. thanks in Advance

  • Is it possible to profile CPU / memory inside an Adobe AIR application?

    Couldn`t find any ActionScript native APIs even in the beta documentation, am I right supposing that this means the only way to measure CPU / memory consumption is by cooking up a custom native solution, hooking it up with AIR and making it work on each targeted platform? Basically the aim is to be able to have this information available inside AIR and not having to use an external application for profiling, not even Flex / Flash builder.

  • Codeigniter: user defined helper function does not load.

    Hi everybody. I made a custom helper extending the system string_helper.php. I placed it in my /application/helpers folder, called MY_string_helper.php as required, unit-tested its functions. Now, when I try to call one of its functions from a model, it does not work. The functions in the default string helper work, instead. It looks like my extension is not loaded for some reasons. I cannot use linq to object because query always changes and the report i'm working on, has about 6000 queries which i can reduce to 9 if i find some tool doing that for me. I've got about 100 uploaded binary files versioned now, but I haven't committed yet. What is the easiest way to 'undo' this, without deleting all the documents? Thanks!
