  How can I programmatically get the Internet IP address? 1) If the computer is directly connected to the Internet using a USB modem. 2) If the computer is connected to the internet via another computer or a modem/router. I there a way to do both? P.S. This link gives exactly the Internet IP, but how can I use it in my program?

  I followed the example at this link, Async I/O). The example works on my local machine. However when I deploy to my test machine - Windows Server 2003, It seems to work on 24 files and then the application stops. Procmon shows that its working on 24 files and then there is no data. My local machine is Windows XP. The question is why would this behave this drastically between XP and Windows 2003

• fancybox popup appears behind google maps

• what is advantage of using headlink() to insert javascript and css in zend framework?

  Documentation says to use headlink()-prependstylesheet() to insert css in the layout file. Also says to use to load the javascript files this way also. Why is this any better than just hard coding the link and script tag right in the header? I would think this is slower performance since its using the framework methods to do it.
