  • Tracking URL Goals to an external site from a landing page

    I have a landing page promoting an iOS app. The page is at vitogo.com. I've set up a goal for When a user clicks on the link to go to iTunes to download the app. I set up a URL destination goal in the property for the site, and can see the goal set up in the reports section. The problem is it isn't tracking any clicks. I've had the goal set up for a while now, and it hasn't tracked anything. Thanks for the help!

  • Problem downloading .exe file from Amazon S3 with a signed URL in IE

    I have a large collection of Windows exe files which are being stored/distributed using Amazon S3. We use signed URLs to control access to the files and this works great except in one case when trying to download a .exe file using Internet Explorer (version 8). It works just fine in Firefox. It also works fine if you don't use a signed URL (but that is not an option). What happens is that the IE downloader changes the name from 'myfile.exe' to 'myfile[1]' and Windows no longer recognizes it as an executable. Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

I need this scenario to work: • User visits someurl.com/news/folder or someurl.com/news/somefolder/, they get redirected to someurl.com/somefolder. • If the user visits JUST someurl.com/news or /news/, they are allowed through to visit /news.     Hello, when I compile Qt with Windows SDK 7.0, I use : configure.exe -shared -platform win32-msvc2008 -ltcg -no-dsp -no-vcproj nmake ...no error occured. But when I move or change name of my Qt folder, qmake.exe said me makespec is not defined, so I configure my QMAKESPEC to win32-msvc2008, I try again, but now it said me it cannot find mkspecs folder, it try to find this folder only where I compiled Qt (absolute path), I want qmake.exe use relative path : ../mkspecs/ not C:\qt-4.6.2\mkspecs. How can I solve this issue ?

    Hey Guys I am trying to remove all the relative image path slashes from a chunk of HTML that contains several other elements. For example <img src="../../../../images/upload/1/test.jpg /> would need to become <img src="http://s3.amazonaws.com/website/images/upload/1/test.jpg" /> I was thinking of writing this as a rails helper, and just passing the entire block into the method, and make using Nokogiri or Hpricot to parse the HTML instead, but I don't really know.
