  I have an iPad app that shows some good picture, and I want to transfer some pictures to the PC so I can send them by email to other people. Is there a way to capture the screen and save it as PNG or JPG? Otherwise, is the only way to install an iPad SDK (software development kit) so that you have a virtual iPad on the computer and run the app, and then use screen capture program on the PC to do the capture?

• Windows Media Player 11 doesn't download codecs for avi files

  I've got some avi files that WMP will play the audio for but not the video. Why doesn't WMP download the codecs it needs? Or is the solution to download a codec pack and install that manually? In "Options Player" the "Download codecs automatically" option is checked. I've installed VLC so I can watch them, which I'm quite happy about so I don't need a recommendation for a new player.

  I'm trying to install the GMP package on Redhat 4, x86_64. The package can only be installed using make, which is not available and should be installed with apt-get/yum, but I don't have either one of them. I tried installing them using rpm, but they each require lots of dependencies themselves, which although finite in amount seem like a VERY tedious job to do. Any help on how I should go about solving this?

  I was able to install and run nginx, and passenger but i'm not able to have nginx come up whenever i reboot my server. To start the nginx process i just type in sudo /opt/nginx/sbin/nginx.   I need to send a CtrlAltDelete to a remote machine through Remote Desktop. The CtrlAltDelete is being intercepted by Windows 8, regardless of whether the remote desktop has focus or is in full screen. I'm remoting in to a Windows XP machine, and I've tried launching Remote Desktop through both the desktop and the Modern UI. How can I send a CtrlAltDelete?
