• How can I limit ModelAdmin queryset to user-editable items when using object permissions?

  I'm trying to implement Florian's object permissions system from his article on Django Advent, but I'm running into an issue trying to limit the queryset returned to only items the user has permission to edit/view. Florian mentions it in his section on wrapping the admin, but skips over it. I can't see a good way to filter the queryset. Am I missing something?

  Hi, How can I prevent my bitmap from being scaled automatically in an ImageView or ImageButton if the view or button is stretched using "fill_parent" or using "weight"? This will be useful, for example, to create a 4-button toolbar at the top of the screen where the buttons are equally spaced, but the images inside the buttons keep getting streched even if I use scaleType="center", which should prevent scaling according to the doc, but it doesn't.   In my source code I have some lines like NSLocalizedStringFromTable(@"Info", @"en", @"Title of this view"). When I subsequently call genstrings -o en.lproj ./Classes/*.m I would not get the expected file en.strings but Localized.strings, although I've read in the genstrings-manpage that it would generate a table.strings file from NSLocalizedStringFromTable(a, table, c) function. Am I wrong? How would I create a table.strings file then?

  Hello, all ... I want to determine when the index (transparent alphabet) along the side of a UITableView is tapped. To be more specific, I have a sectioned UITableView that has an index, and said index does the right thing, but when the UITableView's -scrollViewDidScroll method is called, I want to be able to determine if said scrolling was the result of the user tapping the index, vs. dragging or swiping the table view itself.
