• YouTube API Get all videos uploaded feed

  Hi Guys, I can't seem to retrieve ALL videos from a particular channel on YouTube, despite the API giving example code that should perform just that. I'm using Java. http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/users/GoogleDevelopers/uploads The above rss feed is the URL they suggest using along with the following sample code.. /*init the list*/ String feedUrl = "http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/users/GoogleDevelopers/uploads"; VideoFeed videoFeeder = null; videoFeeder = serviceobject.getFeed(new URL(feedUrl), VideoFeed.class); Looping this with a for loop suggests 25 entries (as per the RSS). However - the actual number of videos uploaded is significantly larger. (662 at time of writing). My query is how on earth you retrieve everything with the API, not just a subset of the data. Any ideas on where I'm going wrong? Should I be using a different URL? http://www.youtube.com/GoogleDevelopers#g/a

• Custom view in ListView disappears while scrolling in Android

  Hi. I wrote a simple custom view for rows in ListView. It works fine, but when I try to scroll the list, I see only white rows without content. And when scrolling is over, rows continue to show again. • Problem with Core Data - EXC_BAD_ACCESS

  I'm using the following code and I'm getting an EXC_BAD_ACCESS when trying to get the count of objects - anyone have any idea why? Oddly enough, the error only happens if the count should be one or greater, if there are no objects it seems to work fine (it outputs null). • Using key().id() on GAE Datastore and reverse geocoding

  I have 6000 data of district, subdistrict. I need to represent this on dependent dropdown. The datamodel is for example; class Location(db.Model): location_name = db.StringProperty() location_parent = db.IntegerProperty() location_parent is reference to key() or id()? Still cannot decide which one is good. When i use key() as reference then using JSON to create jquery dependent drop down. My page loading/query and rendering time the dropdown is quite slow? Can i use key().id() as drop down option value to lighten up the page load? Any better solution for this parent/child reference for the drop down? For example: for the district record/entities the location-parent is null, for sub district record location_name will contain reference to parent district record. Other issue is to reverse geocoding the location to store or display geoPoint (lat,long)? Is google MAP API always find the exact lat,long of specific region boundaries or any error checking for the result?

  Strange thing happening to me with the PreApplicationStartMethod Attribute. I did implement it in my latest project. In the AssemblyInfo.cs I have the following line: [assembly: PreApplicationStartMethod(typeof(MyAssembly.Initializer), "Initialize")] The Type and method look like this: namespace MyAssembly { public static class Initializer { public static void Initialize() { TranslationKeys.Initialize(); } } } When I rebuild my application and load it in the browser I get the following error: The method specified by the PreApplicationStartMethodAttribute on assembly 'MyWebApp, Version=0.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' cannot be resolved. Type: 'MyAssembly.Initializer', MethodName: 'Initialize'. Verify that the type is public and the method is public and static (Shared in Visual Basic). I really have no idea what the problem is.

• Problem retrieving Hostaddress from Win32_TCPIPPrinterPort

  I'm running into an odd issue retrieving printer port addresses. When I get all the entries in Win32_TCPIPPrinterPort, the HostAddress field (which should have the IP address) is usually blank/null, only the port name has a value. To make it a bit stranger, if a particular port is not in use by any printer, THEN the HostAddress will have the the proper value. The C# code is simple, and results in something like this; IP_192.168.1.100, printerportxyz, richTextBox1.Clear(); ManagementObjectSearcher portSearcher = new ManagementObjectSearcher("root\\CIMV2", "SELECT * FROM Win32_TCPIPPrinterPort"); foreach (ManagementObject port in portSearcher.Get()) { richTextBox1.AppendText( String.Format("Name: {0} HostAddress: {1}", port["Name"], port["HostAddress"]) ); } I also tried the same thing in WSH/VBS, and saw the same behavior.

• Problem with Apache Commons Id UUID Version 1 generation

  My problem is to generate version 1 UUIDs. We use Jetty 6.x, Maven (to start Jetty among other things) and Apache Commons ID (to generate UUID version 1 from the current time). Apache Commons ID requires a configuration file that is told to the JVM, using a parameter, e.g. 'org.apache.commons.id.uuid.config.resource.filename=commons-id-uuid.xml'. I checked the Apache Commons ID code and it tries to find the file from the classpath. Jetty's documentation states that WEB-INF/lib and WEB-INF/classes are in the classpath. The 'commons-id-uuid.xml' can be found from the deployed war file from the root of WEB-INF/classes directory but Jetty cannot load it: Message: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: commons-id-uuid.xml loaded as system resource is null Jetty was started using the following command: mvn jetty:run -Dorg.apache.commons.id.uuid.config.resource.filename=commons-id-uuid.xml Any idea what is going wrong? We just need to generate UUID version 1 identifiers. Any suggestions?

  Okay one of my homework problems is to take a list of lists and return the car of each sublist as a list. I have it to where I can print out the values, but it's not a list. To be honest, I have no clue how to output lists. Here's what I got: (define (car-print alist) (if (null? alist) (newline) (begin (write (car (car alist))) (display " ") (car-print(cdr alist))))) This is a cheap way to do it, perhaps some help on actually solving this problem would be much appreciated. A serial number may be granted per-machine (or per-operating-system) or per-user (as for CAL in Windows Server: if my application is used by several users on one machine or if it is used by one user on several machines). For per-operating-system licensing, I use SerialNumber of Win32_OperatingSystem.
