    Upgraded to Windows 7 and lost the ability to print to my old but still perfect Brother HL-1440 laser printer. I cannot run in XP compatibility mode with my version of Windows (Home Professional). Is there anything that can be done to get printing to work? I just want to print via USB but there is no Windows 7 driver.

  • Remote desktop session not picking up the extra tray in my printer

    We have a Brother HL-5340D printer with an extra tray installed. The driver is configured locally and is working with the extra tray. However, when I connect into the server (which has the same driver installed), the server is not able to print to the other tray and the printing preferences do not actually show it either.
