However, all it does is "Looking for other iPhones or iPod touches..." I do have another device nearby with bluetooth turned on BUT without the app installed.     Hi, I have a txt file with columns separated by tabs and based on that file, I want to create a new file that only contains information from some of the columns. This is what I have now awk '{ print $1, $5 }' filename newfilename That works except that when column 5 contains spaces e.g 123 Street, only 123 shows up and the street is considered as another column.     (Using python 3.2 currently) I need to be able to: Run a command using subprocess Both stdout/stderr of that command need be printed to the terminal in real-time (it doesn't matter if they both come out on stdout or stderr or whatever At the same time, I need a way to know if the command printed anything to stderr (and preferably what it printed). I've played around with subprocess pipes as well as doing strange pipe redirects in bash, as well as using tee, but as of yet haven't found anything that would work. Is this something that's possible?

    I am trying to write the entire output (errors included) of an executing script to the console and a file at the same time. I have tried several different options .\MyScript.ps1 | tee -filePath C:\results.txt # only the output to the file .\MyScript.ps1 2> C:\results.txt # only the errors to the file and not the console .\MyScript.ps1 > C:\results.txt # only the output to the file and not the console My hope was that I could use the file to review the output/errors Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, I am doing this iPhone app that works fine on the simulator. However, when I run it on a device in debug mode, it just crash without any error messages. How can I debug that? I heard about a flag we can set to help with this kind of situation but not sure what that flag is and how to set it. The size of my user account directory is 18.3 GB but the backup of it occupies over 30 GB. After reading the contents of the log generated, it is obvious that it's copying files more than once. Why is this happening? I'm running Windows Seven Home Premium 64-bit.

  • Removing virus on Windows XP

    Hi, What is the best way to remove viruses from a Windows machine? Forgot to write down the message, but how I know there was a virus was because my wallpaper was changed to "You have been hacked" or something like that. I've tried reinstalling the OS several times but that doesn't seem to help. Somehow the virus still seems to be there. (i.e machine is slow and some unknown exe is always trying to access the internet). The exe name is something like ,,,,55786. Please enlight. Thanks, Tee
